Owner's Scott and Lisa Neal are owners of Coeur de Terre Vineyard & Winery located in the McMinnville American Viticultural Area. Originally furnished to provide friends and distributors from the wine community a place to stay. With great feedback from those individuals for the location, realized the potential for a vacation rental. Realizing the opportunity to support the Historic McMinnville locally owned businesses and wineries within McMinnville inspired them to pursue this endeavor.

Cozy and comfortable
Pinot Quarters was a great place to stay and enjoy Willamette Valley and McMinnville. It is very comfortable and easy walking to downtown. The place has all you need and the beds are very comfortable! When you stay be sure to bring your own soap and shampoo as well as slippers for bathroom as the floor is cold. Would stay again!
Fun times at College Homecoming!
We had a great time at this property. The location was fantastic. We loved being able to walk down for dinner and drinks on Third Street and coffee at a Union Block in the morning! We had a very temporary issue with heating and the owner fixed the problem right away. Both beds were very comfortable and sheets and towels were quality. I love that!!! Our only suggestions would be to improve the seating in the living room. The couch was comfy, but the chairs were not comfy for watching a movie or anything above maybe 10-15 minutes. Also, would be nice to provide travel soaps and shampoos for guests, but maybe that isn’t a thing vrbo homes normally do. Thanks for a great stay.
Perfect spot! So close to everything.
This place was absolutely perfect! Great accommodations and just a short walk to restaurants, shops, etc.
Perfect wine country getaway!
Great location! Has everything you need, super comfy bed, and a nice big bathroom. We loved our stay!
The place was very nice and comfortable. The little deck off the living room was wonderful and great for people watching. The complementary k-cups were great and the bathroom is very luxurious! It pretty close to main strip with a lot of restaurants and wine shops. The only minuses to the place were that the wifi didn't work and the selection and/or condition of the kitchen utensils made cooking a bit harder.
Perfect for our weekend visit!
We will definitely stay here again! It was clean and very convenient to downtown. So much better than a hotel stay.
Centered perfectly in the heart of Oregon Wine Country!
