Self-contained apartment on private property, near Laval's hypercentre

Rental by the night (2 nights minimum) or by the week.
For rent very nice apartment T2 independent and on the ground floor of an outbuilding, within a property of 2500m2 including a manor house, a French garden and a heated swimming pool of 15m x 4m. This property is located 800m from the city centre and in a quiet environment. Ideal for short tourist stays or business trips.
The swimming pool is private. Nevertheless, we allow access to our guests according to availability and on request only.

Apartment of 65m2, including a living room with equipped kitchen (Oven, microwave, refrigerator, induction hob, coffee machine, kettle, toaster...) dining area and living room with television. A bedroom with a 160x200 bed, television and cupboard with shelves and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower, hairdryer and separate toilet.
Free Wi-Fi.
Sheets and towels included.
Hot water and electricity included Keys are handed over in person.
Free parking on the street.
