The cabin was so cozy, it was quaint and yet had everything we needed. We could not get enough of the view from the deck where eagles frequently soar past or sit in nearby trees, and sea lions to be heard and seen in the water just out front. Not to mention the lovely tub! We could have stayed another week.
We had such a nice time at this cabin. Really loved the tub on the deck and the view was great. Had everything you need and a very nice location. We would definitely stay again.
We had a wonderful stay at Cabin 1 during a wet and windy few days. The property was exactly as advertised - cozy, clean with an amazing view of the water where our dog enjoyed watching seals and sea lions swim by. We enjoyed walking the many trails around Ucluelet and driving up to Tofino, then coming back to the cabin to dry off and rest and relax. All in all was a lovely tripIn a great spot. Would definitely return!
This is a very private and peaceful setting. We enjoyed watching the sea lions and bald eagles from the deck. The jacuzzi tub on the deck is a bonus. The place was small, but it had everything we needed. The only issue I had was the bed was very uncomfortable and left me stiff for most of our trip and afterwards. You could feel the springs and it was very worn and it folds in the middle and was noisy even when rolling over. It truly needs replacing, in my opinion.
Beautiful. A few small oddities, like the water either being hot or having pressure, but not both. BUT, the price compared to others in the area is great and more than excuses such silly little things. The included basic breakfast supplies were a small but very welcome touch as well. I hope you like seals because you'll see them all the time!
My husband and I stayed at Cabin 1 over a wet long weekend in February. The cabin was just as pictured, with a lovely ocean view and sea lions visible out front most days. The electric fireplace kept it warm inside, and breakfast items, music, and pamphlets on the local area were appreciated. We wished the water temperature in the shower was a little higher as it only got lukewarm and it was a chilly weekend. All in all, we had a wonderful stay, though!
This spot is cozy and private! We stayed in cabin #1 The hot tub was awesome for 2 with wine and candles with the sea lions serenading in the distance☺️
Hosts are available and reply quickly to all questions asked. I we would come come again.
This is a great cabin on the water! Watching the boats go by and the sounds of the sea lions make it a perfect ambiance! Easy, friendly, clean and well equipped space. Perfect for one or two people. I can’t wait to go back! :)

Cute but Tiny
The cabin is rustic and cute. We expected 'cozy' but tiny is perhaps a better description. Staying for 3 nights in the rainy season, we had jackets, boots, rainwear, etc... and there was nowhere to hang things to dry. The bed and pillows seemed old and the linens pilled. We enjoyed the tub on the deck, even in the rain. The metal roof made it nice to listen to the rain, but after it stopped, an incessant drip right above the bed from overhanging branches made it seem like we were trying to sleep in an oil drum. I did text the host to let her know and she said no one had ever complained about it before, but her husband would check it out. We never heard back. The breakfast items included were English muffins, packaged jam, and juice. from from
