The story of our wonderful holiday home in the idyllic mountain village Musignano?
Previously a trattoria and resting place on an old smuggler's path through the mountains to Switzerland. In the cellar still an old source. In the neighboring forest legionary graves of the Romans, who did not make it to Germania.
Today a completely newly furnished in 2015 holiday home with insprirenden terraces and gardens.
On the same property is also another small house - our Casetta. Both units have separate gardens, terraces and / or balcony sections so you can fully enjoy nature and the Italian sunshine hours.

Aufenthalt war schön, Haus roch etwas muffig. Haus ist gut ausgestattet. Man sollte die Bilder auf der Website des Hauses aktualisieren, es sieht von außen leider nicht mehr so aus wie auf den Bildern, Putz bröckelt von der Wand und vom Balkon. Ebenso sollte man erwähnen das die Dame vor Ort nur italienisch spricht. Als wir ankamen war keiner da, Schlüssel steckte im Schloss.

Schönes großzügiges Haus
Das Haus liegt sehr ruhig im Dorf, ist äußerst großzügig ausgestattet: Man kann es sich dort richtig gut gehen lassen.

Wir haben uns in dieser Wohnung mit 4 Personen sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet und der Eigentümer hat durch individuelle Einrichtung der Wohnung eine persönliche Note gegeben. Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und bietet alles, um sich wohlzufühlen. Das Einzige, das zu einem Abzug geführt hat ist die Zugänglichkeit der Wohnung. Musignano ist ein Bergdorf, das so dicht bebaut ist, dass es nur buckelige Fußwege gibt. Es besteht keine Möglichkeit mit dem Auto bis an das Haus heranzufahren. Für Leute, die schlecht zu Fuß sind, ist es sehr mühsam vom großen Parkplatz mit Gepäck zum Haus zu gelangen. Die Straße vom Haus nach Maccagno am See, wo der nächstgelegene Laden ist (7km), ist sehr schmal und serpentinenreich. Begegnungen mit Entgegenkommenden können sehr schwierig werden. Nach zweieinhalb Wochen mit täglicher Ab-und Auffahrt haben wir uns daran gewöhnt und fahren bald wie ein Italiener (viel Hupe benutzen und wenig bremsen). Von der hohen Lage aus hat man einen schönen Blick auf den See, von der Wohnung aus selber nicht. Am vordersten Eck des oberen Balkons sieht man ein wenig auf den See. Dafür hat man einen eigenen Garten und genügend Platz, sich zu entfalten.

Man möchte gar nicht mehr weg...
Hier stimmt einfach alles. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet voller kleiner schöner Details, ohne dass es überladen oder kitschig wirkt. Es ist sauber und im Sommer angenehm kühl. An Ausstattung (Filtertüten, Gläser jeder Art etc.) ist alles vorhanden, wir hätten gar nichts mitbringen müssen. Für Lektüre ist auch ausreichend gesorgt. Von der Terrasse im obersten Stockwerk kann man tatsächlich den Lago sehen. Die Terrasse eignet sich wunderbar, um in der Abendsonne ein Glas Wein zu genießen. Man merkt, dass die Eigentümer wohl selbst zuweilen ihren Urlaub in diesem Haus verbringen. Kurz: ein Ort zum Wohlfühlen, an dem wir leider nur kurz verweilen durften. Das Bergdorf ist sehr idyllisch und angenehm ruhig, weil Autos nicht hineinfahren dürfen. Der öffentliche Parkplatz ist jedoch schnell und gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Für erfahrene Autofahrer sind die Serpentinen zum Bergdorf ein Genuss. Vielen Dank an die freundlichen Eigentümer! Wir kommen gern wieder.
