Why Kelley Bartlett chose Crystal Beach
We wanted a place to unwind, close to friends and close to what our kids love....the beach, Safari Niagara, and ice cream! One of the reasons we picked this property is because it's close enough to the beach to get there comfortably (a short walk) but far enough away that it's quiet. It's a double lot so that allows the wide side deck still leaving lots of room for yard games and a fire pit (everyone loves s'mores). The cottage has a gas furnace making it usable all year and although it's not perfect, we love it and are making it better each year. This is only our second year and already we have put in a brand new bathroom, a new washing machine and updated the plumbing. Oh, and added a front porch!
What makes this Cottage unique
As I mentioned, it's close enough to walk to the beach, shops, restaurants and market, but far enough away that it's quiet. Various attractions are a short drive away (Safari Niagara in Stevensville and of course, the famous Niagara Falls. Nearby Ridgeway has some unique shops and fine dining.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 7 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 7 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
