Welcome to Breezy Two- this is the perfect lakeside retreat for a group of friends, family reunion, or couple's retreat to the mountains boasting all that you need for a memorable and relaxing trip no matter the season you choose to visit. Sitting just a mile from the Big Bear Village and local marinas you have the very best of Big Bear right at your fingertips from this spacious two story chalet. Boasting the necessities from home along with cooking and dining essentials you will have a spacious lakeside yard including a nice patio area, seasonal boat dock, and BBQ area for your enjoyment- the possibilities are endless from here.

Enter into a cozy and warm living room area where you can snuggle up on the leather sofas and warm your toes together in front of the toasty wood burning fireplace as you enjoy your lakeside location and amazing views. Enjoy a movie night in at your cabin on the flat screen TV with Cable and complimentary hi speed WIFI internet supplied for you by the owners. Around the corner you will find the equipped kitchen and dining area complete with all that the chef of your group will need to whip up your home cooked meals or holidays feasts right here at the cabin- oak cabinets pair with counter space and cookware plus appliances and a dishwasher to ensure that your cleanup is a breeze. A separate laundry room area offers your group a washer and dryer on hand for those wet snow clothes or extended visits here in the mountains as an added convenience.

This spacious retreat offers three sleeping areas and two bathrooms in the perfect amount of space for a comfortable group vacation, all of which are made up for your group with warm linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh shower towels when you arrive. Outside the beautiful property offers patio seating and a picnic table where your group can enjoy your time here together in the mountains as you grill up your freshly caught dinner from the lake on the Charcoal BBQ. The summer months are the absolute best here at Breezy Cabin with a lakeside location offering a seasonal boat dock for your lake activities and toys all while located within a short stroll to local marinas and the Village shops for dining and entertainment. This home is the smaller of two properties that share this location, both are available to rent separately or together for even more family or friends to join in the adventure.

Big Bear GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY is enforced at all times during your stay and includes removing trash from the property to local trash sites, washing dishes to alleviate wild animals being attracted to neighborhoods. NO PARTIES OR EVENTS, No Over Occupancy, No Loud Music, and No Street Parking is allowed in Big Bear homes at any time. This policy along with a rental agreement will be emailed to you immediately after booking and is REQUIRED by the City of Big Bear Lake for all rentals in Big Bear. If found in violation of these policies guests will be visited by staff and Code Enforcement officers who may or may not issue fines or evictions to the violating party members. No Smoking is allowed in any Big Bear homes.

Winter Snow & Parking- During winter months the driveways, steps, porches, decks, and other outdoor areas at your property may not be accessible due to snow or ice. Our teams are on fixed routes for snow and work alongside city and county resources to clear roads, driveways, walkways etc. Guests should be prepared in winter months to shovel themselves in or out of the property and off of the street in these snowstorm events. As there is no street parking allowed in Big Bear it is extremely important that guests make every attempt to get vehicles off the street for the snowplows. California Law requires that vehicles traveling to Big Bear from November thru April have snow chains in their vehicles however we also recommend proper footwear, an emergency kit, and an extra snow shovel.

Though individually owned and decorated all homes will be equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy of your property. Each home has a full kitchen with basic pots, pans, dishes, and a small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Your home will not be supplied with paper towels, coffee filters or coffee, specialty kitchen items or appliances, condiments or oils, bathrooms soaps or lotions and hair dryers.

There is no Pay-Per-View access or Ordering of Viewing options in any of our Big Bear homes.

No refunds or credits will be made for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, TV or other equipment factors beyond our control.

Big Bear is a mountain community located in a deep forest which is also home to many forest critters. Common animals or insects that you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects every home prior to your arrival but cannot guarantee that the home will be free of these forest animals or pests.

Big Bear Vacations reserves the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
