About Larry Braasch
My name is Larry Braasch. I'm a resident of Eagle River. I have years of experience designing homes and actually designed and built the Razorback Retreat.
Larry Braasch purchased this House in 2005
Why Larry Braasch chose Sayner
My parents bought the property in the 70's with a small 2 bedroom cottage on it. Winters were tough without running water so we decided to build a year round home.

Was very peaceful and relaxing. Will stay here again. Have recommended to a few couples who were looking for a northern Wisconsin getaway experience.
Great property located on a quiet bay of a small northern Wisconsin lake. Larry is very friendly and accommodating to his guests.
Wonderful property with all the amenities on a beautiful lake.
Greatest Family Getaway EVER!
My husband and I were celebrating our 45th wedding anniversary and thought we would do a family vacation with our adult children and 4 grandchildren, ranging in age from 5-9 years old. The house and property were perfect! The house was well equipped with kitchen utensils, paper products if needed, and even spices. The interior was very attractive, and spotless. We had a little rain so we used the downstairs for entertainment--games (Candy Land for the little ones), foosball and darts, and the tv with dvds. For the majority of the time, however, the weather cooperated and we were outside. We did a fire every night complete with s'mores and stories. The wildlife was so much fun for the kids...there were deer who came to the feeder on the property, bald eagle, loon, porcupine, and lots of frogs and toads. The bullfrogs serenaded us 24/7 but it was wonderful and actually very relaxing. We were also able to fish right off the pier. The kids caught panfish and one of the dads caught a walleye! We made good use of the kayaks and rowboat provided. Off the property, we went hiking, swimming at Crystal Lake, did the St. Germain Flea Market, went horseback riding and made several stops for ice cream at the Corner Store--their sundaes are especially outstanding! Larry was a great host and always got back to me promptly with answers to any questions I had. We will surely go back again because, it was the best family vacation we could have ever asked for! I highly recommend this property!!!!!!
The house is beautiful and clean. We loved the location and peaceful lake.
Memorial Day Weekend family get togeher
We had never done anything like this before. My son recently was engaged and we spent the weekend with his future in-laws! Time on the water, playing games and enjoying a fire! A great opportunity to get to know everyone.
