Welcome to our beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathroom home in the heart of Coeur d'Alene, Idaho, that sleeps 12! This modern and well-appointed home is perfect for families or groups of friends looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay in our charming lakeside town.

Step inside and be greeted by the bright, airy living room, complete with plush couches, a flat-screen TV, and plenty of natural light. The fully equipped kitchen is ready for you to whip up delicious meals during your stay. One of the best features of our home is the open basement, a perfect spot for kids to play, with comfortable seating, games, and toys available. While they have fun downstairs, you can relax upstairs in one of the cozy bedrooms, each with its own unique charm.

Cancellation Policy: In the event of a canceled reservation, the client acknowledges and agrees to pay a credit card processing cancellation fee equivalent to 4% of the total reservation amount. Short stay
Starting with the good: convenient location to lake and the I90. Property manager brought towels when requested and was responsive. What to be aware of: Strong smell of smoke in this non-smoking property and then over powering fragrance to cover up the smell of smoke. Property was not very clean (grey/black staining on ceiling looked like paint over mould or maybe smoke stains?? Walls dirty in bathroom, dust bunnies in laundry area).

Great family vacation
This was our first time using VRBO for a big family vacation. We were 6 adults and 5 children, with the kids aged 3-12. All in all this property was good value, especially compared to a hotel, and was perfectly situated for the activities we planned. It is a couple of minutes from downtown CDA and the Boardwalk Public Beach, and 30 minutes to Silverwood and Boulder Beach. There is a large playing field, track and playground directly behind the property that was great for an evening walk with the kids, as well as a few neighbours with backyard chickens which delighted the kids. We had 3 vehicles and parking was ample. The 4 youngest kids brought their scooters and enjoyed riding them over to the playground. There is no door leading to the basement and we found that voices and footsteps on the squeaky floorboards really carry through the house. There are only 4 chairs at the dining table so it was not possible for us to enjoy a sit-down meal all together, and even all 5 children couldn't eat at the table at once. There is a table outside but weather did not always make it possible to enjoy it. If group meals are important to your visit, this wouldn't be the home for you. We had some concerns about the cleanliness (3.5 stars) but nothing that a more thorough clean under all the furniture and within the sofas couldn’t fix. Overall if you have a large group and want to be close to the amusement parks and the lakes at an affordable price, this would be a good choice for you.

It was a great place!!!
The property for us was great! We had 2 full bathrooms! 3 bedrooms and Uncle Nick and the girls had plenty of room and beds downstairs along with a TV and the game room! We had the fire pit that we used every night! All the kitchen and utensils! It was a great place for the 7 of us! Ages ranging from 8 years old to 97! We were close to the lake and not far from other family and the wedding venue we had the wedding at! The communication with the VRBO people was very good. We had a couple little issues, but nothing that wasn’t discussed and told to the VRBO and talked about! I would return to this property again! Nice place, nice property! Thank you!!

Great Location
This property is well located and comfortable. I rented it for a family vacation, it was large enough for everyone and has a fun game room, etc. However: the home is NOT animal free. The property managers make an effort to keep it that way, with a sign on the fridge ‘no animals allowed,’ but I was told they cannot legally stop service animals from being there. My adult son had an asthma attack the first night in the home. We had to rent a hotel room for him for the rest of the vacation, so we weren’t together as I’d hoped. The property manager reimbursed me for the hotel, which I appreciated. If no one in my family had allergy induced asthma, the home would have been perfect.

Ideal for our group of 12
Thank you for providing a clean, quiet and accommodating stay for our group of 12, ranging in age from 3-43! We booked this 2 level space to accommodate a mix group of kids and adults, which worked really well! Proximity to beautiful parks was fantastic, as well as easy access to shopping and our ultimate destination: Silverwood theme park. Weather was delightful too! Praise God! There were just a couple of small issues with appliances, but communication was easy and quick w property management. Overall it fit our needs very well! Thank you again!

Family Reunion
This property was exactly what we were looking for. Having a separate hang-out space downstairs was perfect for the kids. The location was a short drive to the downtown area and the boardwalk. The neighborhood was quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Would definitely stay here again!
