We were here to celebrate my moms 90th birthday. My adult kids flew in from all over the country, along with my 2 grandchildren. We had ages from 1 to 90, and it was great for everyone.
This is a great home, close to the strip, golf courses, groceries, etc. Very clean, bedrooms are perfect. The home contains anything you want. The Hospitality Director has explained everything on arrival in order to make our stay easier... I would recommend this home anytime.
The house has some age on it but overall it is stunning. The outdoors area, pool, and spa were great for relaxing and visiting. The check-in time & tour with property manager took over 1 1/2 hours and would suggest it be shortened to 30-45 minutes at best. Would definitely recommend this place.

Our Rental Experience
The Home was big, beautiful and clean! But there were a few things that we did not care for. Firstly, I think the home is overpriced on a daily rate basis. The description is not accurate! Bedroom #8 THE (1ST BEDROOM )is located inside the Master Suite (2nd BEDROOM) in the same space as the master bath. You have to walk through the bedroom and into the bathroom to get to the 8th bedroom. Super inconvenient! we could not make use of this room there is no privacy. The washer and dryer are also located through the Master Suite inside the master bath. Just odd!. So everyone paraded through our room daily just to access the laundry room.
Major inconvenience! But let me rewind a bit. The Initial meeting and walkthrough lasted over an HOUR!! I felt as if she wanted to go over every single little detail as if we hadn't stayed somewhere this nice before. She quoted what she wanted us to know would be a "BIG BILL" for us, if we didn't follow the house rules. for example, if we broke any of the doors handles by not opening them correctly, leaving on the jacuzzi jets, cutting on the counters instead of the cutting boards, also if we had a loud party with an additional guest. Which some of these things are understood, but I'm not sure why the introduction to the house was SO LONG. The large double bedroom (3RD BEDROOM) was located in the middle of the house with access to a half bath only, so they had to share our bathroom Major Inconvenience! That bedroom never cooled down, No AC so on the 3rd day we figured out that there were 2 large fans sitting in the garage to use to cool this room. I feel like they knew this was a problem, and only told us when we asked. The (4TH BEDROOM) is located dead smack in the middle of the kitchen! Just odd. They also shared the master bath with us, Major Inconvenience!! the 5th and 6th Bedroom shared a full bathroom with shower located in the hallway, as did the 7th and 8th Bedroom shared an adjoining full bathroom. Now there was a full bath located outside near the pool but rarely used. The script on the front door for us to say that were owners or simply don't open the door if someone came by was just odd! and code inforcement did in fact, pay us a visit but we did not talk to them. This definitely made us feel like we were not supposed to be at the property. Overall we would not rent with them again! too many inconveniences and Sheree was not welcoming at all, it was more like don't do this... don't do that!!
Welcome to the shared ownership members group! Very happy to hear you found the Villa big, beautiful and clean! This Villa is spectacular and our group maintains it with pride. The entire Villa has central heating and air conditioning -- 5 large units cover all 6000sf. We also have ceiling fans inside and outside, and extra-large floor fans in the entry coat closet to use on the patio during hot Vegas summers.
We’re not sure how you missed the special features you noted (the outside full bathroom, Family Suite’s second bedroom, bedroom near the kitchen…) that are fully outlined in the property description. These property features work wonderfully for families and most of our members. We have almost 100 stellar reviews! We’re disappointed to hear you were not pleased.
When a new member arrives we spend about 30 minutes showing the member where to find things and how to operate them. This ensures they are familiar with the property and know how things function, such as the child-proof patio door locks and decorative wood top kitchen island you mention. We provide our members information to tell their guests so they can avoid accidental damage that could result in a large repair bill for the member.
If the member chooses to have us go over some of the information again with their guests, we’re happy to spend as much time as needed showing the guests too. This extended the process to about an hour in your case. Our support team works to please our members and remains available 24/7 to assist with any questions. There’s no need to wait 3 days to contact us for help with a room that feels warm.
Our City Council banned vacation homes in January 2019, some homes were grandfathered in. Code enforcement’s policing of these homes is disruptive and we can legally ignore code enforcement if they happen to visit our property. A new City Council has now been elected and the vacation home ban will be reversed in future.
