I am a "hands-on" owner. Though I live in Baltimore Md, I visit Sanibel several times a year. Always fixing, cleaning, and re-organizing. There is a local rental agent nearby for key pick-up and for any issues or concerns that may arise. I am also always available by cell phone to answer any questions. Very interested in having a completely satisfied guest.

Like Sanibel used to be. Small complex on the beach--freshly decorated. A place to relax and enjoy the tropical setting..and walk, or bike, or tour.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.

Maximum overnight guests: 4
Minimum age to rent: 21
Cancellation policy: Subject to a $50 fee. If cancelled within 60 days, and not re-rented for the same $, then you forfeit total deposit.
No smoking within the entire White Caps property.
No parking of commercial or RV vehicles within the property (overnight).
