We have enjoyed Longboat as our second home for over 15 years. We are so excited about our newest home which was just completed in 2011. We have two grown children and 3 wonderful grandsons who all come to enjoy the house often.

Beauty on the Bay
My family celebrated our "second Christmas and New Year's" at this lovely home and it was spectacular. Each day began with morning coffee on the front deck overlooking the bay. We did not have to venture far from the property to enjoy all that the paradise that is Longboat Key has to offer. Our days were filled with relaxation and family time - walking to a perfect beach, launching kayaks in the front yard, fishing from the back deck and spectacular meals at nearby restaurants. It was perfect. The home is very large and nicely appointed. A 10 out of 10!
Great property for large family group- location excellent
House was large - great for a large family group - lift (elevator) was a bonus for getting luggage to the bedrooms.
Wonderfull view from the front of the house with lots of wildlife to see.
Location very good and the boat dock was a bonus when we rented a boat from Cannons Marina.
Fantastic home!
We had an amazing stay at this beautiful home. We left this morning and were all sad to leave. The home is beautifully furnished and decorated with plenty of room for 6 of us. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner and had everything we needed in their fully stocked kitchen, right down to the Turkey serving platter. We’re big fans of the Sarasota area and had a hard time leaving the house to venture out. The outdoor pool and hot tub were quite relaxing. It was a truly wonderful stay and we are all looking forward to coming back to stay in this beautiful home again.
Annual Family Beach Outing
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our party of ten. The home was impeccably furnished and equipped as well as very clean. Our grandchildren loved the pool area and dock for fishing while we enjoyed the breathtaking views. We will be back!

The beach although a short walk was beautiful and felt exclusive and really private
My son brought his small boat and we enjoyed the instant access to the water
All house appliances were top rated
I will miss that wolf stove and roomy fridge
