The house is situated in a tranquil cul-de-sac at the back of the community (away from any major highways), providing safety and privacy expected. Yet, it is close enough to all the hustle and bustle of entertainment parks, restaurants, theatres, shopping outlets and everyday amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies and more.

Besides being one of the most spacious, bright and delightful vacation homes found in the Orlando area (generous 2000+ square feet of space in which to spread your wings and personal effects), our home has an irresistible combination of ingredients for a fantastic family holiday. A perfect location situated in a beautiful and open setting where all the houses are found on generous-sized lots.

The large south-facing swimming pool and spa provide relaxation, fun and exercise. For added room and convenience, the vast pool deck provides our guests with an area that allows them to take full advantage of the Florida sunshine throughout the entire day. At the same time, guests can always find shade under the large covered lanai with its ceiling fans.

Our “Commitment to Quality” is second to none, as we have invested $110K+ in upgrades since we purchased the home in 2011. As we are both working professionals, our standards are very high. We would not want our guests to stay in a vacation property that we would not stay at. Our commitment and objective are to make your stay memorable and have you come back year after year.
