Small cottage, with upstairs whereat you will find a queen and a trundle
The cottage has an open concept upstairs bedroom with a queen size bed and a trundle bed. The trundle bed is a twin with another twin pull-out under it. There are chairs and a sitting table and a small television. Nota Bene:this cottage does not provide deep privacy for two couples who might have carnal thoughts. My aim is for couples with or without youngins and folks who show some respect for the neighbours by not drinking all night and who are silent after 11 o'clock.

The waterfront has two docks. The smaller one is where we practice our Olympic diving into fairly deep and weedless(even in drought stricken 2012) water. It has a new 4 step ladder, one more than three, and one step less than five, for quick egress in case a marlin, narwhal or swordfish spots you for his shishkebob that evening. The water is limpid and pellucid in Lower Beverley Lake and you can now see underwater thanks to our good friends the zebra mussel. The water is also quite warm from June to mid Sept - I reckon plus or minus 80 degrees in the old Fahrenheit scale. The other dock is a 16 foot fendock for your boat, canoe, kayak, barque, dhow, ship, et cetera. Forsooth, as a disclaimer, I cannot promise you any narwhal or marlin sightings, I have never seen any myself; the lake is 80 ft minus or plus at its' deepest. Nocturnal swimming is best done at night. Some sort of foot protection is advisable. Snorkel away.
Suave, debonair, smooth, comely, dashing, oleaginous, toothsome, glabrous, oh yeah, and humble

What makes this cottage unique
Not all lacustrine domiciles have good natational opportunities but this one does, right off the dock you can plunge into Neptune’s neighbourhood. No telly or wifi - now that’s unique.
