There are two bedrooms upstairs, the first has a queen bed and the second is equipped with a double and bunk beds. Downstairs is the third bedroom with a queen bed. Bedrooms are provided with pillows and blankets. Linens must be provided by the renters.

Visit the historic Bayfield downtown shopping district to enjoy fine dining at one of our award winning resturants or browse the many gift shops that grace the downtown. Located only 10 minutes from the cottage, the Village also boasts a flea market on Sundays, a grocery store, LCBO and harbour with boat launch. At least 5 golf courses are located within a 15 minute drive of the cottage or, if golfing is not your thing, try your hand at fishing in either the Bayfield or Maitland Rivers.
Our names are Rob and Kelly Vader and we live right next door to the cottage. We have owned the property since 1992 and have been renting it out as a vacation rental property since 1996. We love meeting new people and have made many lifelong friends from the cottagers who visit us on an annual basis. We live and work in the Bayfield area and have raised our three children here. We love the quiet atmosphere of the community and know you will love it too once you have stayed here. We have slowly been upgrading the cottage over the years to make it more inviting for renters. We added a rear yard patio in 2017 and a new downstairs bathroom and shower in 2018. Living next door makes is convenient for us to respond to any concerns from renters and address any issues that might arise.

What makes this cottage unique
The cottage is on Stark Street which is a dead-end street at the south end of Bayfield. Stark is one of the nicest streets in the village with a good mix of full time and seasonal properties. The cottage is very private with mature pine trees around the perimeter and large cedars screening the deck from the road as well as from neighbours.
