About Alp Artuner
We began renting apartments in the beginning of April 2012 with the intention of using our apartments as complete serviced luxury places in the city center of Vienna. We would like to keep our guests in comfort as much as possible. That is why we are meticulous to give our best. Our first apartment in this business has almost everything for relaxation, cooking and working. We take care of our guests' requirements directly and all the services we add in the price per night are always available even where there are seasonal price changes. Our family is located in both the city of Rotterdam, the Netherlands and in Vienna, Austria. We work in both these cities running our family construction company under the name of Artuner Constructions.

Excellent apartment close to Vienna
I highly recommend this apartment if you have a car or if you plan to use transit. It is conveniently located to the airport, main highways, metro, and tram. It is in a quiet neighbourhood. The apartment is very clean, has a lot of amenities to make a comfortable stay. The property manager was very helpful and truly wanted to make our stay comfortable.
From the apartment, it is about 15 min by subway to Vienna downtown. It is about 45 min drive to Bratislava. It is about 1 hour drive to Melk where you can cycle along the Danube to Krems. It is about 20-30 min drive to Perchtoldsdorf a town in the wine region.
Sehr gute persönliche Betreuung. Gute Wohnungsausstattung, nette Extras zum Empfang wie Wein, Wasser, Müsli und mehr.
Lage perfekt für U/S-Bahn, Einkauf und Gaststätten nah bei.
Nicht zu vergessen der PKW-Parkplatz am Haus.
Optimal für einen Wien-Aufenthalt mit Auto
Die Abstellmöglichkeit im Hof war optimal, da Wien am besten mit den Öffis zu bestaunen ist. Wohnung incl. Balcon haben unseren Erwartungen voll entsprochen. Besonders angenehm war der nette Kontakt mit der Agentur und dem Betreuer vor Ort. Danke!!!!

Waren positiv überrascht, dass sogar einige Lebensmittel bereitgestellt wurden wie z.B Nudeln, Reis, Öl, Wasser, Wein......
Kleiner Vorschlag: mehr Handtuchhacken/Ablageflächen im Bad.
Simmering has several churches, some museums, schools, old castles, and many cemeteries. There were huge 70-meter tall gas tanks on the premises, called the Gasometer (featured in the James Bond film The Living Daylights). Reconstruction in 2001 converted the structures from containers to buildings that today house apartments, offices, a shopping centre, and a cinema. The towers of the Gasometer have ranked next to the Zentralfriedhof as a landmark of the 11th district.

The motorway A4 to Vienna International Airport and on to Hungary starts in Simmering.
The metro line U3 is very close to the apartment's address. This metro line passes directly from Stephanplatz, Mariahilferstrasse and Westbahnhof.
