Beautiful spot
Our family loved this house, lots of space and a heated pool! We had a blip with some equipment failure for the pool but the home owner was quick to have it looked at and fixed, we were so thankful for that. Would recommend anyone to stay :)

Cocoa Beach
The property is adequate if you are looking for a pool and average furnishings as pictured. The loft area is a landing between the other 3 bedrooms on the second floor. That was the only real disappointment I had in the home. The pool was enclosed in the concrete walls. WE grilled and cooked using the kitchen and everything worked and we had what we needed. You can walk to some restaurants, the beach, the grocery store. The home is about a block from main traffic and about a block from the beach. We had no problems with entry and requirements after stay were minimal. We enjoyed our week in the area.

This property is in an excellent location with a nice heated pool. We have spent 3 years here and would love to return again but the prices are increasing quickly.

Loved it!!
We had a wonderful time - the pool was a little too warm for the rest of the family - but I LOVED IT! Within walking distance to the beach and the Cocoa Beach Pier.

Location!! Location!! Walk out the door and go right and you are a block from the beach!! Go left and there are some quaint restaurants with good food!! The stay was nice!! They have everything you need! I would have to say they do need more outside seats and lounge chairs and do need to cover because so many leaves got in the pool. But with that being said its not a big deal!! Great time!!!! 10 out of 10 The Thornsburg Family
