Beautiful Luxury house with semi rural appeal on 1.5 acres sure to appeal those with most refined taste. Most of our guests had looked over a dozen properties before they decide to book this place and it give us great pleasure to see that they have had positive experience and we certainly try our best to maintain it that way.

Pictures say a thousand words, This is beautiful Ranch House with fully finished walkout basement for your family to enjoy during your visits to Denver/Boulder area. Its only 30 mins drive from Downtown Boulder and Denver (24 miles) and 15-20 mins away from Denver Airport(DIA). This house has a semi rural appeal with white 3 rail fence over a 1.5 acre lot. There a huge backyard patio (3000 sqft), big enough to have weddings there (however weddings & events are NOT allowed unless you lease the house for 3 months at a time, there are strict HOA regulations). Kids can do roller skates or play basketball or bring the ping pong table to play. There is also a children's playset, teter totter that can keep kids entertained.

We sincerely hope you will enjoy staying with your family and build wonderful memories at this house.

We do not provide linens or towels for more than 8 people. We allow a maximum of "12" guests per booking, so if you have more than 8 people please bring your own linen for the 4 additional guests.

We have priced the house very low so smaller family of 3 can also afford it as well as large ones. This is a huge house and it's not always that people need a house this large. Moreover we have greater costs for hot and cold water usage, greater cleaning costs, more wear and tear on the property as the number of people increase. We charge modest per person extra fees to recover these costs.


What you get:

1st Floor has a huge living and Dinning room that opens up to a large kitchen with all granite countertops and latest fancy appliances. There is a huge 28 cu ft fridge with a large internet connected tablet that can stream music from Pandora, help you lookup a recipe and keeps your kids entertained. The kitchen is fully equipped, we do not provide groceries or any food items so please plan on making a trip to grocery store nearby if you intent to cook a meal. We provide a Kuerig coffee machine and coffee pods.

The Master bedroom two smaller bedrooms are also on the same level. The two other bedrooms have queen beds and each has a large 55" inch TVs with apps .


The Master bed has a kingsize bed and a huge 120 inch screen with projector and surround sound system. You can watch movies or binge watch your favorite series on Netflix as you fall asleep. The Master bedroom has a door to step out on the deck as well and with the east facing window you can see the sun rise up over the horizon.

The basement has a huge play room, an office with three Convert a bed sofas, a large bedroom with two twin beds, and a sound insulated home theater room.

Since we have many people that access the property, such as housekeepers, other cleaner's and various contractors, we have security camera system that monitors the all entrances from inside into the house. We respect your privacy however safety always comes first. The cameras are there to keep a record of every one who enters the property and in case of an unfortunate event it can deter serious crimes plus assist law enforcement teams catch the bad guys. It also protects us from any liability and false claims.

All the bed sheets, Pillowcases and Towels are replaced after every stay and cleaned by professional cleaners. At Checkout Please make sure you do not make the beds if they are used so housekeepers know they need to replace the sheets.

Once you stay here everything else will look smaller and congested. You wouldn't want to leave this bright and spacious place. Hopefully you will make it your home every time you visit Denver.

We try to keep adding popular amenities however, we have to ensure we can maintain them and keep them clean. A lot of folks have asked us to add a hot tub but currently we do not have a way to ensure the hot tub stays hygienic with so many people using it. The last thing we want is to let anyone get sick or get bad reviews about unhygienic hot tubs. There are public Rec centers within 10 to 15 mins where you can access indoor and outdoor pools as well as sauna and hot tubs where the equipment is regularly maintained.

Please note All shampoo, body wash, dishwasher, cleaning equipment and liquid hand soap bottles, towels, bedding protectors and bedding belongs to the property and you will be charged for any missing items. Thermostats ranges are locked at minimum of 71 during summer and maximum of 71F during winters to protect catastrophic damage to the HVAC system.

We have outdoor furniture however please note you may have to dust it off to use it as there are frequent storms and our housekeeper do not have the capacity to maintain on regular basis.

We do not allow any kind of smoking or use of marijuana or illegal drug use on the property (inside or outside), this is a family friendly neighborhood and there are lots of children in the neighborhood. We are responsible Property management company and we will not permit any behavior that attracts negative attention towards our property. Everyone is expected to respect HOA community rules as well as be courteous to neighbors if they ever come across them. If we receive any complaint from neighbors of loud noise or shouting or smoking or any parties you will be asked to leave.

If you are staying Sunday Night, we respectfully ask you to roll the garbage cans to the street and bring it back Monday evening if you are staying on Monday night, just like all homeowners have to. Lastly, This is not a hotel so please do enjoy it just as if it is your home away from home and where you make good memories.

Take me to the theater!
We had my 86y disabled Grandma for a week and the main floor living was wonderful and accommodating. I was able to work in the office space downstairs while my kids (3,7) watched a movie in the theater room. The game room was fun for the whole family and we had a movie night almost every night of our stay. The kitchen is HUGE and has everything you need to make every meal, including an instapot! We carved pumpkins, made pumpkin pie and my kids made memories with their great-grandma that will last a lifetime in this home! Proximity to dining, markets, shopping, and activities is great and you get a ranch feel on the property. The stars were bright and the nights were quiet. Overall a very accommodating experience!

Great property!
This property fit all of our needs! The kitchen was well appointed, the proximity to groceries and other shopping and having three bedrooms on the main level was a big plus. To top it off, the property manager was fantastic to work with on a few special requests. We would stay here again!

My formal education was in Hotel Restaurant Management however, I currently work in Information Technology which is completely different industry. Technology and Property management is my passion and a hobby.

I truly enjoy maintaining beautiful properties. Many of properties I manage have been featured as a backdrop for advertisements as they all are bright and have a clean modern looks. I also constantly look for opportunities to make things better for my guests. I love communicating with wonderful people from around the world who love to travel, visit family and explore new places.

I am also a husband and father of two young kids who are the joy of my life. All properties I manage are setup and furnished, guided by thoughts of my family in terms of what potentially their needs may be and also what my kids will love when we are traveling.

I take great pleasure in making my guests' stay safe and comfortable, exactly as I would want it for my own family. I try my best to be responsive and am always glad if I could be of any help to my guests in anyway.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is great and you will hardly ever see neighbors as the lots are huge and distance between the house is huge.

What makes this property unique

We are able to keep the house affordable for small number of people based on the usage factor of linen that needs to be washed, the water that will be consumed, the beds that will be used etc. Hence we charge additional per person fees to cover the costs that are incurred.

- Quite Hours after 5pm in Winter and 7 pm in summer. B'day Parties and family get togethers are allowed only with prior permission from the host.

- Please select accurate number of people, Any discrepancy may result in removal or fines.

- We prefer no pets, however we understand certain situations where guests must bring their pets. So for that reason we do allow certain breeds of dogs however there is a pet fee equal to the cost of steam cleaning the carpets. Guests will be responsible for any damage their pets cause. Guest must pickup dropping and dispose it properly in garbage cans in sealed bags.

- Number of people staying at the house is limited by fire code restrictions.

- Smoking is NOT allowed, there are smoke and CO detectors thru-out the house.

- No Drugs are allowed either. Marijuana use is not allowed any where on the premises.
