House with two floors and ceramic floor throughout, consisting of living room, 3 bedrooms with en suite all with air conditioning, bathroom for wheelchair, 1 terrace on the ground floor, 1 balconies on the top floor, kitchen with refrigerator, freezer, stove, micro-wave, plates and cutlery. SKY TV in living room, WiFi. Barbecue and gourmet support area. Excellent location, 24 hour surveillance, garage for two cars. The house is 70 meters from the sea which has clear and calm waters.
