Very spacious 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condominum located in Building 5 at the Kamaole Sands Resort. BRAND NEW AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEM FOR ALL ROOMS THROUGHOUT JUST INSTALLED!!! BRAND NEW GORGEOUS RENOVATION. First floor very private corner unit with everything on one level, no loft or stairs. Reserved parking directly in front of condo entrance. Great open concept with attached kitchen and family room. All bedrooms have doors and complete privacy. Two bedrooms have king size beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed plus a twin bed. Washer and dryer inside the unit. Tastefully decorated with a coastal beach theme. Two beautiful private ground floor garden patios for eating and relaxing with a small water view. Complex has a gorgeous large pool with multiple hot tubs, drink bar and gym. Spectacular grounds include 4 new tennis courts. All of this just steps from the best stretch of beaches on Maui!

Great stay!
Unit was set up excellently for a family. Beds were comfortable and space well appointed. Kitchen set up for cooking. Laundry on site. Plenty of towels. Beach chairs available. Enjoyed our 2 weeks in this space and would definitely recommend to others & would stay again.

Maui vacation
Our trip to Maui was amazing! The 3 bedroom condo met our expectations and more. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. The beds are very comfortable and there was an abundance of towels and linens. The kitchen is stocked with every utensil, pot, pan you can imagine which made cooking a great option for our family. The bbqs on site and the eating areas were amazing as we enjoyed a few dinners outside. We enjoyed sitting by the pools and hot tubs and the beach is a short walking distance away. Thank you for providing food recommendations and sights to visit around Maui.

Oasis
ML’s place is beautiful!! Fully stocked with all the essentials and clean The resort and amenities are great and well maintained. The beach is a 5 min walk from the condo and has a lifeguard. Dealing with ML has been a pleasure - very quick to respond to questions and also very quick to take action. We ran into an issue with the AC - the maintenance staff at the resort were quick to come up with a temporary solution and ML was even quicker to get the AC repaired and back up and running - Which was appreciated. We were in Maui at the time of the devastating wildfires and ML was very quick to reach out to make sure we were safe and had everything we needed. ML also made arrangements for us to stay on in case we could not make it out on our flight due to the circumstances.

Beautiful place
Excellent. Well outfitted although the pillows are extremely firm. Quick response from the owner on a problem with the screen door. We always love staying at Kamaole Sands!

Perfect location to pool and beach
The condo was recently updated and very tastefully decorated. It was nice being on the ground floor and having the second lanai with the lounge furniture. We spent every afternoon there enjoying a drink and appetizers before heading to the BBQ area. The condo was literally steps from your parking spot which made unloading our bags and Costco trip so easy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were comfortable. Only minus would be the pillows were not great and we wished the seating area in the living room was bigger. After dinner we liked to relax and found 5 people was too much for that space….but we made it work and had a really great time.
