We are a family of four who have enjoyed many happy holidays in the area. We currently live and work in Bedfordshire but plan to spend as much time as we can at Iris cottage
Why Julian Baust chose Kingsbridge
We bought Iris to give us a home within the area that we have known and loved for over 50 years. The beauty of the South Hams is plain to all who visit, with it's rolling hills and fabulous coastline. Great for walks and for those who enjoy water sports and a range of other activities. The property benefits from a range of on site facilities set in beautiful grounds which cater for all weathers.
What makes this Cottage unique
Stancombe is a wonderfully secluded, peaceful and calming place- but with lots of amenities and close to lots of wonderful countryside, beaches and eateries.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
Damage and incidentals
You will be responsible for any damage to the rental property caused by you or your party during your stay.
