Great spot in Canmore!
One of the nicest VRBOs we’ve stayed at. Easy access location. Wonderful heated indoor parking. Beautiful condo (and nice and clean). Extremely comfy for two, would be a great set up for a family of three to four. Will definitely be back.
Amazing stay and way to bring in the new year!
We have enjoyed staying at the this property in the past, having rented it a number of times during the holiday season in previous years.
This time, we were very pleasantly surprised by the renovation/update of the unit. You did an excellent job - it looks amazing! Having two, private bedroom and bathroom spaces makes a tremendous difference.

We truly enjoyed our visit. It is so convenient to many to many restaurants and grocery store. A nice treat was the garage area. Condo was very cozy and well stocked. Property manager was very responsive when we had a small problem with the coffee maker. All this in addition to a beautiful view! Would highly recommend!

More than we could have asked for!
We could not have asked for a better stay. And the location simply could not be beat! Fantastic views on the mountains and fall colors. Grocery store across the street. Many restaurants and shops within in a couple mile walk. But for us the true gem was Canmore’s trail system that practically started right outside the condo! Trails along the river, over beautiful bridges, boardwalk trails. All with fabulous views. The unit was clean and well appointed with everything. We have a truck over the 6 foot 9 inch limit of the garage but had no problem finding parking in the outside parking spots.
We were so glad we stayed in Canmore as many days we didn’t even want to leave to go explore!

This was an all around wonderful VBRO experience. The property was even nicer than shown in the listing. Great underground parking, Centrally located next to a large grocery store liquor store coffee shop and everything else that you need. This unit is very spacious for four people. We will definitely be sending friends to this VRBO property.
Canmore is the gateway to Banff National Park, a mere 10 minutes from this UNESCO world heritage site. Canmore Crossing condominium is located in the hub of downtown Canmore, historically a mining town. Today, Canmore is a vibrant and modern town with 10,000 + residents, a quaint mountain town. The condo itself is a short walk away from downtown Canmore and the finest shops, galleries and restaurants in the Bow Valley. This location is steps (1 min walk) away from key services like grocery, liquor, postal, banking and coffee shops. Across the road from the condo is access to the huge downtown network of walking trails, don’t miss a stroll around the Bow River and the historic bridge, it is a local favourite. Canmore is a superb hub for discovering Calgary, Kananaskis, Parks of the Canadian Rockies and beyond.
ZONED VACATION RENTAL - This unit is in a legal vacation rental tourist zone in Canmore. Canmore was well ahead of the vacation rental trend and implemented designated zoning for tourist units many years back. We pay a surcharge of city taxes as we are a short-term rental business in the designated tourist zone. This means you as a guest are fully permitted by the town of Canmore and its existing bylaws to stay in this short-term rental and will not experience any hassles during your stay. Many units and listings are not tourist zoned which can be potentially disruptive for your vacation. Understandably, within the neighbourhoods of Canmore people do not want tourists vacationing next door. Situated in the heart of the downtown core away from the Trans Canada highway, it is the best tourist zoned location in Canmore. Banff townsite does not have any legal approved vacation rental units.
