The property was beautiful, quiet and super comfortable with ample space for all 11 of us! A bit challenging to find in the dark, as we drove from StoneTown in our rental car, but otherwise the trip went smoothly! The locals are kind, neighborhood felt safe and walkable, and the beach was everything!!

Excellent stay
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Kipepeo Lodge. Everything is as described, the staff are great, pool is nice and the garden provides a lot of share. Location on the beach is amazing, and many restaurants within walking distance.

A private home with all you need in a quiet location
The house was just as advertised and more. This is a quiet area and you can have your privacy without being harassed. The house had all we needed and we enjoyed relaxing on the beach, in the pool, and in the yard. They rake care of you with essentially an in home restaurant and massages as requested. It was perfect for our group.

Great kite lodge! Recommended
Abbiamo soggiornato nella villa Kipepeo dal 1 gennaio al 10 gennaio 2018. La villa, costruita nello stile africano, si presenta in ottime condizioni ed è adatta per una bellissima vacanza di gruppo di fronte al mare. Ottimo spot per kiters
Vorremmo ringraziare Alí e tutto lo staff della villa per aver reso il nostro soggiorno confortevole e rilassante e per aver organizzato anche le escursioni.
Ogni mattina ci aspettava una buonissima colazione. Consigliamo di cenare in villa ordinando in anticipo dal ricco menu proposto dallo Chef
