Four bedroom, two and a half bathroom home with lake view and beach access
Kathryn Wilson or Brooke Hanson
About Kathryn Wilson or Brooke Hanson
We have lived on Lake Kampeska for sixteen years. This area of Kampeska boasts the best sandy beach on the lake. Our children and grandchildren also live in the neighborhood and can be seen enjoying all the lake has to offer.
Kathryn Wilson or Brooke Hanson purchased this House in 2014
Why Kathryn Wilson or Brooke Hanson chose Watertown
We bought this home because it reminded us of our farm house near Redfield, SD. All of the original oak woodwork, wood burning fireplace, oak floors and spacious, tree filled lot are some of the reasons we had to have it. We live across the street from our rental property.
What makes this House unique
This older two-story home was built in 1919. It has original hardwood floors and many, oak built-ins throughout the home. Enjoy the view of the lake from the ten foot window seat. Exquisite craftsmanship is showcased throughout. The kitchen has been updated with new cabinetry, granite countertops, island and gas stove.

We loved the house...very clean, comfortable house. The yard was fantastic and the access to the water was great. We will stay again the next time we are back in Watertown .
We’re so glad you enjoyed your stay. We look forward to having you as our guests again.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! We hope to return! :)
Wow. It was such a treat and enjoyed by all. Lots of room in the house and outside. Love the little surprises for adults and kids to explore. It is so nice to have this home available for others to enjoy ... thank you.
The dining and living rooms were charming--perfect for a family gathering. The area outdoors was relaxing and inviting. The laundry room was convenient.
Once again a wonderful experience! Thank you so much.
Great stay with family
Everything was great. House is beautiful and it is in a nice location with lake access. The yard is huge and the patio is shady in the afternoon. Our family had a great time and we're looking forward to staying here again! Thanks!
