Niki's Colorado Country Cottage - Welcome to our short-term and extended stay guests! Enjoy a Cottage with remodeled main bath (Dec 2022), refurbished with additional seating, 2022 (Family Room), other rooms newly refurbished in 2021 (Master, Living Room, Kitchen) and new appliances coming in 2023. We want our guests to enjoy their stay in our Colorado home, thus each year we make changes/updates to our homes.

Our Colorado Cottage is a GREAT location, easy access to I-70 (West to Mountains), Red Rocks Amphitheatre (Fabulous concerts!), I-25 South to Denver & Colorado Springs, I-36 into Boulder, 2 miles into Olde Towne Arvada. Easy access to Broncos games, Coors Field, Mission Ballroom in Denver, South & West for Skiing, Rafting, Hiking, Biking, Pikes Peak, too many wonderful places to see & activities, to list!

We welcome Traveling medical personnel, professionals who are working on projects, individuals who are "escaping" harsher weather climates :); those who require a home while searching for a new home or remodeling their current home.

Furnished home with all amenities, wi fi, streaming, bedding, linens, towels, kitchen utensils, dishes and bake/cookware.

Olde Towne Arvada is a wonderful place for shopping, restaurants or just walking - pretty, clean, safe.

We appreciate our guests advising us when items may need to be repaired/replaced so we can assure our homes are maintained for future guests. We are usually able to make the repair/replacement ourselves & expedite. However, at times, repair/replacement could be delayed, depending upon availability/scheduling of parts &/or maintenance/repair professionals,
