live like the local
the property was a normal ground floor flat in an area where there were no tourists. if your after luxuary i would not reccomed this but.....if you wish to emmerse yourself into local culture and live like an Italian then this is the place for you. we spent 5 weeks here and felt part of the community. public transport was excellent and was able to visit everywhere easily. the only drawback is there is a piano teacher in the flat above which in theory is ok but he cant play for toffee !!!! other than that there were no problems. Mario was allways in touch and was a great host.
Mario was great! He was available for any questions we had and offered suggestions as to transit available. He checked via text several times during our week stay.
The apt had everything we needed for our stay. We had breakfast there each morning and even cooked dinner a few nights. Wi-fi was fast. TV was interesting to watch American shows in Italian. Bed was very comfortable. Deep bath tub was relaxing after touring all day.
We enjoyed the outdoor market and the local cheese/meat shop both within a block from the apt. We bought a 7day transportation pass and used it on Metro, trams and busses. All these were quite close to apt.
We had a delightful stay and was happy to return every night to a quieter setting than crowded Rome central.
Thanks Mario for renting us your Apt.
Comfortable and convenient stay
Landlord Mario is most helpful and responsive, making our stay over of 9 days a wonderful experience.
The apartment is very clean with proper
divisions of living / kitchen, bedroom and bathroom areas. This feature makes it very comfortable and spacious despite the small size.
Neighborhood is safe and bustling with
market stalls, shops, fast food and numerous restaurants. Ideal place to live like a local in Rome !
Quiet & Quaint
Rented this locale twice easier to manipulate metro, trams, & buses all within walking distance. Takes few minutes to get to Termini by tram. It allows you to feel and live like a locale. Most business owners and people of the area are friendly. Any & every type of food or wine within walking distance, as well.
Great for The Price
Great place, up and coming district. Very nice and pleasant landlord who can't do enough for you
Clean, good location.
Lots of bars, cafes, restaurants and shops in the area. Close to Metro. Good base to see Rome.
