Nice villa to live by its location with everything at a few steps: beach, shops, kids-club, surf school, coastal walks, restaurants / ice creams with terraces and sea views .. Renovated in 2011, with two nice bathrooms, the villa is ideal for two families, as well as grandparents with two couples and children. Degressive rates for a rent of 3 to 4 weeks in July and August: information on demand.

Agréable séjour en famille pour Noël
Très bien équipé et dans une rue calme, proche de la plage.Récemment rénové avec des matériaux de qualité, c'est très agréable pour 2 ou 3 familles.

Malgré une ambiance lourde de fin d'année liée à cet univers "COVID" nous avons passé un excellent séjour. La propriétaire a tout fait pour répondre à nos attentes voire même à les devancer. Une petite attention pétillante sur la table à notre arrivée nous a laisser penser que tout était prêt pour que nous passions en douceur vers 2022 et c'est la réalité. A renouveler les yeux fermés ; n'hésitez pas !!!!!

Maison agréable, à 2 pas des très belles plages de Pontaillac.
Le jardin n’est pas très grand mais très agréable et la plage est toute proche et les promenades aussi. Restaurants, cafés, vente de fruits et legumes, boucherie sont très proches. L’epicerie est un peu plus éloignée mais faisable à pied. Accueil sympathique dans une maison impeccable.

Excellent séjour
Nous avons passé un excellent séjour entre amis dans cette jolie maison. La maison est bien aménagée et très pratique. Tout peut se faire à pied, la plage, les commerces de proximité et même le marché couvert de Royan (20 minutes à pied). De plus, il y a de très jolies promenades à faire a proximité de la maison.

Situation idéale
11 randonneurs vélo ont pu passer un super séjour dans une maison idéalement située près de la plage, des commerces, bars... Contact sur place et propriétaire au service des vacanciers. Nous n'hésiterions pas à revenir dans cette location.
