Why Mark Hall chose Camino Del Oeste Estates
Our inn is in town by the University of Arizona. We love to come up to the house when it is not rented to enjoy an escape from the city. We purchased this place with the intention of living in it full time one day. The view is amazing and the area is very quiet. The house has a very 'desert' feel to it and has an excellent layout. All our guests just love the feel of the house and often remark that they did not see as much of Tucson as they had planned as they just enjoyed hanging out and not going anywhere.
What makes this House unique
Peace and quiet. Hanging out in the big, comfortable lounge furniture and enjoying the sky and mountain views. The house does not feel like a rental as it is so comfortably furnished and has lots of original art throughout. A full moon rising over the Catalina Mountains is especially beautiful...

Spent most of February at Camino Del Oeste. The home is very well laid out, spacious and the back yard is beautiful. Loved being up in the hills a bit and the west side location was very convenient to hiking trails and Saguaro National Park. Would definitely stay again!
Great clean beautiful home. mark was perfectly attentive. Super quiet neighborhood .
Highly recommend this property.
Great spot for a Tucson visit
Out of the busy core area and with a very nice view. Quiet. Very nice house as shown in photos. Great desert plants surrounding. Owner Mark easy to deal with and communicate with.
Thanks for your nice review. Glad you all enjoyed the house and your time in Tucson.
my favorite place to stay in Tucson
This is a wonderful property in a quiet neighborhood with great views of the Santa Catalina mountains and is fairly close to shopping and transportation. The pool is one of the main attractions for me, and the surrounding hardscape and landscape is really nicely done. The bed in the master is very comfortable and the kitchen is well-equipped for cooking, etc. All-in -all, a great place to stay if you're visiting Tucson.
Thanks very much for your review! Was nice to have you return and enjoy some of the changes we have made since your last stay.
Glad you had a great week.
Hope to see you again one day.
Santa Catalina Paradise
If you are looking for a relaxing home that provides outdoor living and stunning views, this place will check all boxes! Our family was here for our daughter’s graduation from U of A and the home was a perfect fit. It is convenient to all Tucson has to offer. It exudes desert living and character, the art work spectacular. Even my grown children noticed and appreciated the personal touches throughout the place. Mark met us upon arrival and was very responsive with any quick questions we had. Thank you for sharing your gorgeous abode with us, it was a special weekend...memories we will cherish for a long time. Wildcat for life! Bear Down!
Thanks for your review! So glad you all had a great time and made lots of memories.
We are happy that you enjoyed our art collection. We believe that the extra touches that give the place a "home" feel rather than "rental" feel is why we are fortunate to have so many loyal return guests.
Thanks again, Mark
We enjoyed our two month stay very much. The patio and view were our favorites! The well-equipped kitchen was great since we like to cook. The location on the west side was very convenient for us once we learned the area, and the proximity to the Sweetwater trails was a fantastic bonus. Lovely, comfortable home.
Thank you for your review.!
I thought I had responded. Perhaps I did not hit Send.
Anyhow...We are glad you enjoyed your time at Casa Amapola this past February and March.
The patio and view are definitely special. One can never tire of looking at the Catalina Mountains.
Thanks for your comments regarding the kitchen equipment. We are always trying to add things that would be useful, but a nice set of heavy-bottomed pots and pans is always a good starting point.
Thanks again for leaving the house in immaculate condition.
