About Andrew Marshall
Hi I'm Andrew - I moved to London in '85 and loved the fast paced hustle & bustle of London. In 2010 I moved to Brussels to live & work. Today I spend my time between the two cities and where possible other locations. I love the concept of fully furnished rental apartment where you walk in the door and everything is at hand as you would expect in your own home. I pride myself in providing high quality furnished accommodation to non business and business people who are on the move. I have spent a lot of my working time travelling and know that branded accommodation become mundane after a while.
Andrew Marshall purchased this Apartment in 2009

Convenient location and easy to get around in London
This apartment literally is 2 minutes walk from the Earls Court tube station. The underground tube system in London is amazing. In the entire week of our stay in London, we ride on the tube every single day to visit various sites of the city. The easy access of the apartment to the tube station is such an advantage. Andrew, the property manager of the apartment is very responsive in communication. The kitchen has everything we needed when we made our own dinners. The little COOP market is on the way to the tube station. We bought fresh fruit and vegetables everyday when we came back to the apartment. There are a lot more details to say about the easiness of the apartment. Anyway, we had a wonderful time in London and enjoyed the apartment. We certainly will return the next time when we visit London.
Gwen & co. recently stayed in our Fantastic Earls Court apartment. They were great guests to host, were really easy to communicate with and they really made great use of our apartment.
We rented, as always, the entire apartment out to them. They looked after it, all its content and returned it as they found it. A host can ask for no more.
We will be delighted and very welcoming if they book in with me again. I highly recommend them as guests to any host.
Many thanks Gwen for your booking.
Great location
Great apartment. We stayed for 8 nights and enjoyed the location--2 minutes to the tube, safe, and walking distance to many restaurants and sights. The apartment is very spacious, comfortable, and has a well stocked kitchen. The management was wonderful! Highly recommend.

This a well located gem
We enjoyed our second stay here. The apartment is located right at earls court and is great for getting around London. It is very clean and comfortable.
Nice place, excellent location.
Nice apartment, plenty of room. Could use a no-skid mat in the shower. Owner and associate who helped us (Maddy) were great. Excellent communication with us.
Flat is super close to the Underground. The location was perfect for us getting around London. I would stay here again for sure.
Be sure to eat breakfast at Bokado, just a minute away from the flat. Very nice people there, and the food was very good at a good price.
William recently stayed in my self contained apartment. They were great guests to host, were really easy to communicate with and they really made great use of my apartment.

Very Noisey
The flat itself was OK, the location excellent but below this unit there was construction. Hammering and drilling to open a new Oxfam store the first morning before 7 am. After a few days, there was more excrutiating noise coming from the front door of a huge hole that was being dug for a sewerage pipe starting at 7:30am. After a week I asked for a refund since we were getting no sleep in the morning, and both constructions were starting so early and we had a lot of jet lag, my son had just lost his father and we had to come to London. I had paid two weeks in full and wanted to move for the last week to a quieter flat that was desperatly needed for our sanity. He did try to speak to the GC below to move the constrution a bit later and they did for two days and it started again early in the morning. We did not receive a refund to move to another location and I thought it was cruel and inconsiderate. Also the neighbors upstairs are late nighters so there is noise from above as well. Unless you are coming for business and not pleasure, it is not a place to sleep.
