Garden level apartment (up to 6 persons) with terrace, and private garden allowing you to enjoy both the vicinity of the beach, the centre of Moulleau and pine wood area. Peaceful places which don't overlook the street. Table and garden armchairs, deckchairs, protective cover operated by an electric motor and charcoal barbecue.
Fully equipped open plan kitchen and scullery. Beautiful living room with a sofa-bed, leading to the terrace and garden via double glass doors.
Electric heating for periods off summer (then electricity is charged to KW at an extra cost). No participation is required for renting the reading meter, only consumption is charged).
Ideal if you like the beach, water activities, walks, good restaurants, the golf course, tennis or simply relaxing.
Bordeaux listed on the Unesco World Heritage list is very affordable.

Très bon emplacement sur la bassin d'arcachon
Le logement est très bien et assez spacieux pour une famille , avec un bon espace extérieur Le logement se trouve à l'arrière de la maison du propriétaire Il est très bien équipé Et très bien situé au niveau du bassin Plage du mouleau , des arbousiers , arcachon,...à la jeté du mouleau nous pouvons prendre le bateau pour le cap feret ou l'île aux oiseaux , banc d'arguin.... Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le repas préparé par notre hôte le dernier soir c'était un régal, un plaisir d'avoir partagé ce moment que nous garderons longtemps en mémoire
