Clean, well equipped, River front property!
The owner/ managers are awesome! The property is nicely decorated, very comfortable and clean. We will definitely visit again and recommend to our friends. Perfect for owners, very close to the marina and London Bridge area shops and dining.
Havasu weekend with the family
Have stayed in the Kings condos before and really like the location. Can walk to many activities. Unit was clean and well stocked. Grilled out on the deck. Great view of the channel and London Bridge. Would book again.

Condo is very comfortable with good amenities. A couple of areas that need tending: oven needs to be calabrated, does not get hot enough. Heating unit is loud, runs a lot, blows cool air. During winter, a couple throws would be nice. Took awhile to figure out TVs in bedrooms, old TVs. All said we would recommend this unit.

Good sized unit. Bedrooms, bathrooms quite nice. Living/dining area large and well furnished. Kitchen very small with very little counter space. The patio deck probably the best feature. Very large with lots of seating, tables, BBQ and great views.
