We are only 1 mile South of the World-Famous Ron Jon Surf Shop, in one of the best locations in Cocoa Beach. We are within walking distance of so many great restaurants, parks, shopping, and bars. The condo is a second-floor end unit, which makes it a very quiet location.

The Oceanfront condo complex has a private gated boardwalk (see photo above - the condo is only a few steps away from the boardwalk), a community recreation center, shuffleboard and tennis courts, laundry facilities, a heated pool with club house (see photo above). Our complex has a strict pet policy. Only 1 pet per condo, 25lbs and under. Cocoa Beach does not allow pets on the beach. There is a great dog park very close to our condo at Lori Wilson Park.
