Great Place, Great Location
The condo had all the amenities that we needed, and the location would be hard to beat. Secure parking was easy to access, and the check-in procedure clear and easy to follow. The provision of a second fob meant that two people could explore Victoria independently. It was greatly appreciated. So were the thoughtful welcoming gifts.
This was a very comfortable and safe place to stay. It is right by Chinatown and an easy walk to the parliament buildings.
This apartment is perfectly described.
We would stay here again.
Perfect place to enjoy Victoria
This is an exceptional location for walking around lovely Victoria. The apartment itself is very clean, well-appointed and very cozy. Checking in was a problem as the key cafe is not open after 5 pm ( tricky to make this deadline with the ferry crossings)and that means looking for parking nearby the condo-which is a prime location and so we had to move a couple of times. On day two we were still unable to access the key cafe. The owner was very kind and immediately tried to rectify the situation. Unfortunately, we never did get access to the parkade and had to park blocks away which was inconvenient. Our parking fees will be deducted from our payment, but the inconvenience was a bit of a headache.
The check in process is not the usual one, as you have to pass by a coffee store, and pick up the key from a box with a code and then go to the apartment. The location is excellent, walking distance from everything, plenty of restaurants during the day and quiet in the night. We have beautiful weather and with that a lot of heat, as there is no A/C and the fan was to noisy we slept with some windows opened and it was ok, but it’s something to be aware of. The apartment was well provided, we have some issues that the owner solved. The sofa and coffee table are super uncomfortable, I think they should be replace with better options. The bed was comfortable, the room is very small, the closets space were fine, with a lot of hangers and a mirror. The washer/dryer was useful, need to know that laundry supplies are not provided, we have to buy some. The garage space was very good. As other states, the owner asked you to do some cleaning before check out, is not the usual thing but it will be nicer to have a vacuum hand instead of a broom.
Great restaurants, cafes, and stores all around and a short walk to the harbor. Secured parking spot was great for us for the one time we used our car to drive to Butchart Gardens.
Our Apartment is Ideally located just South of Victorias Downtown Core.

Shopping and Sightseeing-
Victoria is home to some of the country's most exhilarating scenery; there's an ocean or mountain vista around every corner, and the city's flower gardens are famous the world over. Established in 1843 as a fort for the Hudson's Bay Company, Victoria's British ancestry is apparent in the double-decker buses, horse-drawn carriages, formal gardens and tearooms.
