About Tina & Lance Boyd

Lance and Tina Boyd live in Northern Virginia and have always loved Naples and the Vanderbilt Beach area. We spend time in the summer there, and bought it to be a great escape when our kids were young. Now that they are adults, we all come back for family get togethers. We purchased the home in 2005, and remodeled in 2018 to provide modern accents and amenities to make it a truly special place for our guests to enjoy.

Why Tina & Lance Boyd chose Naples Park

We chose the Vanderbilt beach area and Naples Park for the proximity to the beach and excellent amenities. Mercado town center is right across the street, and the beach is a 10 minute walk or 3 minute bike ride. The location is ideal to riding bikes everywhere, beach, dinner, tennis and shopping. We love to take a stroll just before sunset to the beach and watch the glorious sunsets every evening. The backyard pool area is surrounded by lush tropical landscaping and is completely private.

What makes this House unique

Our house is fully equipped with every beach item you may need, cooler, chairs, umbrella, beach towels, picnic baskets and bikes. We enjoy the location because we are on the 5th block that is the closest you can get to the beach in our neighborhood. Hi Speed internet and Advanced HD TV programming.
