Walk to the central city in 10 to 15 minutes. Head straight down Armagh St to the amazing Hagley Park. Take a stroll through the quiet and tranquil Red zone 5 minutes away or take an alternate route to the city along the new riverside boulevard.
The Margaret Mahy playground is an adventure for young and older children to enjoy a 5 minutes walk away

Amazon host and excellent stay
Wendy our host was excellent. Provided travel planning apps, websites and discount sites when we booked. When we arrived she provided airport transfer details and restaurant recommendations. We arrived to milk in the fridge. Easy check in. The condo was perfect for our stay. All the amenities we needed for light cooking. Beds were comfy. Easy walk downtown. The couches are starting to feel a little worn but still fine. The long narrow staircase was not an issue for us, but I will mention that I thought my 80 year old parents would struggle so just a caution. I would highly recommend this stay,

Everything we could have wished for!
Wendy’s place, is very comfortable, clean, and so conveniently located close to the centre of town. It has everything a visitor could possibly need. The communication was great, and we especially appreciated all the helpful information about places to visit, and restaurants nearby. Thank you Wendy!

Christchurch Condo
This is a beautiful, compact 2 bedroom condo with full kitchen, balcony, laundry facilities and garage (that could double as a playroom for kids). Safe, quiet location within walking distance to shops, art galleries, restaurants, parks, mini-golf & a great kids park.

Cozy, Convenient, and Fabulous host
Everything about our stay went smoothly and comfortably. Wendy was a fantastic host who was always available to contact and even stocked up on coffee and milk for us before we arrived. Great location as well, walking or e-scooters get you anywhere in the city. 10/10 would definitely stay again!

Very comfortable and handy spot
Wendy is a great host! We had a lovely peaceful weekend, we were able to walk into town easily as the location is great. Comfy beds! Clean space and really well equipped kitchen.
