The large pool faces south for all day sunny enjoyment and is completely covered by screened lanai. The outside patio/eating area is under the roof. The inside floor plan is perfect for two families. Common areas located between bedrooms gives privacy, yet central location for fun together. Large master suite features king bed, ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, seperate shower, walk-in closet. Two bedrooms with two twin beds in each, another bedroom with queen bed - large bathroom with tub/shower - plenty of closet space. Flat screen TV's with cable in living room and 3 bedrooms. The kitchen has all the appliances you could use, but the house is close to restaurants if you don't wish to cook. There are also lots of restaurants that deliver right to the front door if you just want to relax next to the pool.
