Modern Midtown Gem w/5-Star Amenties!!

Plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores. My only critique would be that the couch is not that comfortable. Everything else was excellent.

Had a great stay, thank you! Only thing, when I first checked in and entered the apartment there was a really fowl smell. Turns out, there was food in the drain that hadn't gone through garbage disposal. Everything else was fabulous, thank you!

Great property and location. Very helpful staff. Great amenities. Apartment was newly renovated. Would have been perfect except for one thing: no where to eat a meal. It has a full modern kitchen, stove, fridge, microwave etc. Has a great coffee bar. But that coffee bar should have had a place designed with a couple of stools so you could eat a meal. They outside balcony was great and had a small table, but we did not want to eat dinner out there all the time. Almost perfect.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here and felt uber safe. Walking distance to a ton of great restaurants and to Georgia Tech, where I was attending a conference. The kitchen had everything you might need and the view was great. My only complaint is that I didn't really get any instructions on what do when leaving, nor the wifi info until Day 2 when I had to ask the concierge. Also the fitted sheet on the bed came off immediately, but there were extra sheets so I just changed the sheets over. There were a ton of towels in the closet and pretty much all the drawers, which was a little weird and I had only one drawer to put clothes in. But I stayed 4 days and it was fine. I would definitely recommend and stay again.
