My husband and I have been managing and renting vacation homes here in our hometown of Bend, Oregon for over 17 years with our business, Home Spun LLC, and we love what we do! What makes this House unique

My favorite feature of The Cumberland House: the spacious layout. On paper, it is just another two bedroom, one bathroom home... but in person, it is SO MUCH MORE! At over twice the size of the other small cottages in this area, it feels so open and comfortable, like you can breathe here. The layout is amazing with the open kitchen and dining concept, separate sunken family room so the kids can paly or watch TV without being in the middle of everything, good bedroom separation, private office with a door for privacy... it truly is the perfect size when you are looking for GOOD living space without feeling like you're crammed in.
