Our Country Cottage is meant to appeal to those interested in relaxing and getting away from every day stress. Enjoy our large enclosed sunporch which is great for playing cards , chatting with friends or reading a good book.

Master Bedroom has Queen bed with platinum Seally mattress; 1800 thread count bedding; Smart TV with internet access to many channels including Netflix and Amazon Prime.

Bathroom is equipped with granite counter tops and shower. Amenities provided are: towels, shampoo, blow dryer, robes, etc )

Kitchen is a smaller size but has all that you need to prepare your meals. Gas stove, Full size fridge, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, ninja shake and blender, pots & pans, dishes, glasses, etc.

Living room has full size sofa sleeper. Flip down TV with DVD and CD player. Also a desk/work area .

Sunporch is the biggest feature of this home with approximately 400 sq ft and enclosed with windows and screens. Windows open for ventilation and fresh air.
A great place to relax with sofa, table and chairs and great view of the lake.

We are pet friendly allowing up to (2) pets under 40 lbs each.. We pride ourselves on providing a clean and crisp home and ask that pets not go onto the bed or furniture.
Outside we also provide a Fire pit and Gas Barbecue grill.

Available at Swan Lake Resort:
>Bikes, kayaks, peddle boat, corn hole, lawn darts and other outdoor amenities are provided complimentary for shared use during your stay.

Getaway Vacay
Very nice, quaint, comfy, the perfect getaway me and the hubby were looking for to spend some quality time relaxing and chilling with our pups! One of the days there it poured rained and thunder stormed all day long and it was so amazing to just sit inside relaxing, listening to the sounds of nature and enjoying time together on the sun porch! Definitely just what we needed!

Needs a deep cleaning…
I would have given 5 if it wasn’t for the reason that , the property needs an update, everything in the kitchen was greasy, we had to use paper towel to wash the dishes, bc the sponge was gross to use. Soon as we got in the house smelled cigarettes. We brought some meat to barbecue, but we changed our mind, the grill was very dirty and it wasn’t appealing to sit outside. The host is very nice, but unfortunately we wouldn’t go back.
