This picturesque farmhouse is a residence graced by an awe-inspiring view of the North Saskatchewan river, breathtaking ravine and the surrounding countryside. This 112-year-old homestead has been refinished and filled with vintage touches as a tribute to the nostalgia and comfort that “Grandma’s House” can bring. Enjoy the land with wildlife watching and hiking to the river, fishing and canoeing. Cozy up to the fire pit and listen to the snap crackle into the night or fill the house with laughter as you play board games together. Also a cozy cabin with a real wood fire. There is an event space that is available for Rustic small weddings or family gatherings etc. at an additional charge depending on the event. Have a look at a short film made there. Beautiful & Cozy Hideaway!
This was the perfect hideaway to cozy up with some friends! The views on the property are spectacular and Jarvis was a fantastic host and was available whenever we needed. I highly recommend and we will be back for future stays at Grandma's House.

Thanksgiving weekend
Perfect place to host Thanksgiving dinner! Everyone loved walking around the property which is so beautiful! Comfortable place to stay and as always Jarvis is a great host.

Fall get away
Its our favorite time to get away with all the fall colors. This place has an incredible view of the river. We saw a moose. I would bring binoculars so you can see them better.....We had a bonfire at night and it was great to see the stars....The house has a cozy feeling and we also brought our cozy blankets and slippers...You can also watch a movie...The host enjoys meeting people, and brought over some eggs and gave a tour in his own truck of the river pathway....its a nice place to hike as well...
