Condominium with recreational area, 24 hour security, grocery stores and bakeries and with private beach and pier for access to boats that take a trip on the islands / beaches of Angra dos Reis. Located near the Piratas Mall and the BR, whose access does not need to pass through the Transit of the City Center. Apt with rooms (bedrooms, living room and kitchen) very large and airy.
The space
Large and airy, offering privacy for group with several couples. Residential condominium with good relationship between neighbors and great commerce in own condominium. Several options for touring the islands of Angra. Residence near the best sights of Angra.

Guest access

The 3 bedrooms and all other rooms in the house are 100% available to renters. Including the terrace with barbecue for relaxation.
Additionally in the fit is available the entire kitchen structure with stove, refrigerator, utensils and cutlery for the renter to make their own food.

1st floor, composed of bedroom with double bed and closet, bathroom, large kitchen with fridge and freezer, living room with a dining table + 2 sofa beds and television.

2nd floor, 1 bedroom with double bed and closets and 1 bedroom with a bunk bed and a single bed + bathroom and terrace with barbecue.

Péssimo imóvel, descrição equivocada.
Não possui roupas de cama e banho limpas, nem mesmo em número razoável para os viajantes, foram deixados no ambiente roupas de cama e banho já usadas, estando sujas. Descrição de quartos e banheiros muito diferente do verifiado pessoalmente. Foto constando TV nova que não se encontrava no momento! Utensílios domésticos de cozinha velhos, mal conservados, muito sujos. Ambiente como um todo, sujo, com muita poeira, atacou a alergia respiratória de todos! Banheiro só existia um (1) praticamente, o outro não tinha água quente no chuveiro, descarga de vaso sanitário bastante confuso para obter água e ainda assim não funcionava. Na verdade a casa só possuí 1 quarto, e não 3 conforme anunciado, o outro tem janela vazada para a sala, sem nenhuma privacidade e o outro é o aproveitamento de um corredor de ligação com o terraço. Agora entendo porque não havia fotos dos banheiros nem quartos!!!!

Ótimo estádia
Apartamento ótimo,espaçoso, condomínio agradabilíssimo com um bela área de lazer,a vista da praia do condomínio é linda,pena a praia ser imprópria para banho, condomínio pertinho do shopping dos piratas,apensa uns minutinhos de caminhada. Bárbara a locataria foi atenciosa em todos os momentos desde o momento em q alugamos a casa até o final.Fomos muito bem recebido pelo o Sr Fernando responsável pela a casa,recomendamos muito,em uma outra ocasião voltaremos se Deus quiser.

Ótima localização
O apartamento fica muito bem localizado no condomínio, a praticamente dois quarteirões da praia, que não é de banho, mas tem um pier lindo e é super tranquila. Também fica pertinho do shopping Piratas. A locatária (Bárbara) é muito solícita (mandamos mensagem no réveillon e ela atendeu prontamente) e o sr. Fernando, que cuida da casa, é um amor, nos tratou com muito carinho. Recomendamos muito, e se voltarmos para Angra ficaremos no mesmo lugar!
