Steps down to the pedestrian bridge leading to Mt CB center, ski lifts & free bus to historical Crested Butte (5 minutes). SUPERB LOCATION. My Snowcrest condo is conveniently situated to enjoy the many activities that Crested Butte offers to lovers of outdoor activities, music, food. Being elevated it is quiet and private but still so close to everything. Quality family vacation

MOUNTAIN VIEWS - a feature of my condo due to 2 end wall picture windows. Sitting in the open plan living area you see the Butte and towards Crested Butte and Whetstone through the picture windows. You also see towards White Mountain and range through the big balcony windows. From the porch and bedroom you see different mountains. You know you are in the mountains even when sitting down in the living or dining areas.

LIVING AREA - BRIGHT and SUNNY due to the picture windows. Split level open plan - well equipped kitchen, dining area, sitting area. Queen size sleep sofa in living area & large bench in the dining area. The pellet stove is a great amenity/feature - so effective and easy to use heating the whole condo up very quickly & triple glazing helps keep it warm. Comfortable and practical it is great for a couple, friends and families.

2 BEDROOMS. Both bedrooms are on the 2nd floor. One bedroom has a Queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 single/twin beds ie Bedroom 2 does not have a double bed - there are 2 separate single beds.

The Queen sofa bed in the sitting room gives more flexibilty for sleeping if required.

BATHROOMS. 2 - one on each level. 2nd floor has bath with shower over, sink & toilet. 1st floor has shower cubicle, toilet & sink.

Sunny PORCH & loft area in afternoon sun. Enjoy sunrise from private BALCONY looking East.

HOT TUB - right next to condo so you can pick your moment to use it! Available for residents and guests and has the best hot tub views in Mt. Crested Butte. A new Hot Tub has been installed. Also shared grill/BBQ here. Hot Tub is open between 10 am and 9 pm daily. Special rules applied during Covid times ie one family unit at a time.

Wi-Fi and Amazon Firestick and unallocated Surface car parking for 2 cars (max) included. One pass provided automatically. Please ask well in advance if a second is needed. Max 2 permits

CONVENIENT, Great MOUNTAIN VIEWS, BRIGHT SUNNY and COMFORTABLE sums up my Snowcrest Condo.

Entry is same level as parking lot level which has unallocated parking. Max 2 cars allowed with pass.

Private store unit for bikes/skis/boots if needed on lower level of Snowcrest Units.
