We try to ensure that our guests arrive into our apartment the same way we want to arrive into other peoples home or to nice hotels. It should be as described and advertised. The pictures should offer a glimpse of the apartment and views but reality will exceed it when arriving. We want our clients to feel at home, have the amenities they need, the support they need and in general just can start relaxing as soon as they arrive into the apartment. Our guests will be greeted with a bottle of wine and a welcome pack. It contains the small things you don't want to rush out to get the first minutes. We are confident that you will enjoy your stay in our home just as much as we do. If you have any questions then please do not hesitate to contact us for some answers. Why Owner chose Antibes
This part of the world is just lovely. The Riviera is fantastic and in our opinion Antibes is the best thing about it. Great climate and weather, great food, nice people, nice scenery, beautiful sea, nearby everything you will need, calm, close to the glamour and fun of Monaco, Nice, Cannes, Juan Les Pins, etc. St Tropez or Italy is only a short distance away. The apartment has all you need for a comfortable stay during your holidays. We have several regular clients who come from year to year as they like the location and the quality of the apartment. When I moved to Antibes in 1997 I lived around the corner from the apartment and when I had an opportunity to buy the apartment I knew I had to as I really would not want to live in any other area.

We take care of the apartment very well, furniture has recently been upgraded, the building is beautiful, the location is great, it is safe and secure, and the views are spectacular. Fabulous fully equiped secure apartment
Friendly professional check in, very comfortable beds, fabulous roof terrace with wonderful views of bay of Antibes. Two additional terraces so every room except bathroom leads onto a terrace. Fully equiped proper kitchen. A wonderful bonus is that this is an owner's personal apartment so it is very comfortable and of a high standard with everything you could need. Remember to bring your own beach towels as this is the only thing not supplied. We highly recommend this apartment and would defintitely love to return.

Relaxing Vacation in an Ideal Location
Our family of 4 had a great time in Antibes. It is a perfect location for accessing the Côte d’Azur, but is way more charming and less crowded than Nice. This apartment was awesome because it was 2 bed and 2 bath with a kitchen stalked to cook. My favorite was the roof top patio and the separate patio off the living room. We spent most of our time in one of those locations when we were not out and about. We hope to return again next year.
fantastic location, close to beach and a scenic walk to the beautiful old town of Antibes, fast response from property owner and manager to all of our queries. We are already planning a return trip.
Rooftop Terrace Not Representative
It's difficult to write this review without sounding cranky because the apartment was a disappointment in many ways. To begin with, the stunning view of the sea in the ad is only reachable via a very steep and narrow spiral staircase. The view from the main part of the apartment (living/dining/kitchen area) is a set of unattractive apartment buildings clustered around a small parking lot. This slightly claustrophobic setting is definitely NOT what I expected based on the photos in the ad! The apartment itself feels like the owners left it temporarily, leaving many of the drawers filled with various items such as pens, umbrellas, paperclips, etc., etc. -- the kind of drawers most people have in their living spaces but that one does not expect in a rented flat. Kitchen drawers were not clean and I ended up washing all of the silverware and dishes before first using them. Overall this apartment made me feel like friends allowed me to stay in their home but definitely not like an apartment rented from strangers through VRBO.
I appreciate and welcome criticism as it helps me to continuously improve the apartment.
Over the years I have had nothing but 5 star reviews except for one 4 star review. This 2 star rating surprised me. I don't mind a 2 star review if I deserve it. In this case however, something feels off as the majority of the feedback is not correct or highly subjective.
a) The heading in the review says "Rooftop Terrace Not Representative", without any information as to why this would be true. All the supplied photos are accurate: same furniture, barbecue, views, size, etc. There is simply no truth to this statement. My clients spend a lot of time on the rooftop terrace and gives me fantastic feedback and reviews of it. The rooftop terrace is accessible via a normal French spiral staircase, it's even pictured in the photos supplied. It's around 85 cm wide and with normal step height. And meets the legal requirements. It may feel more narrow because it is a spiral staircase. But honestly, you spend around 10 seconds in the stairs and then hours enjoying the rooftop terrace and views. Relevance?
b) I take pride in meeting clients expectations and have been able to do so over a long period of time. With great ratings, reviews and many recurring clients who would act as references.
Judging from this review I have a feeling that this particular client would be hard to please no matter what apartment they would be renting.
c) We leave on purpose a few pens, post-it, an umbrella and a set of binoculars in a drawer for the clients to use. Most clients appreciate this. This one did not. These are not personal items. 95% of this drawer is empty with plenty of space for your own items.
d) We have a professional cleaning company to clean the apartment between visits. I do apologise if they were not up to par with regards to the silverware/dishes on this occasion. But I can assure you that they had all been cleaned in the dish washer prior to the clients visit.
If the apartment was misrepresented with photos, size, amenities, location, views, furniture, etc. by all means it should deserve a low rating. Luckily I have a good rating and great reviews.
I'd rather come across as defensive then to apologise and try to pretend that I can fix the clients view of an unattractive building next door. Or to change a perfectly fine staircase. Or by removing some paper clips.
I do, however, agree with the reviewer about sounding cranky ;-)
Perfect location for all purposes
This is the second time we have stayed in this property. The location is perfect for exploring the Old Town, or walking over the small hill down into Juan les Pins. Plus the Ponteil and Salis beaches are 5 mins away. The apartment is well appointed and very comfortable, with a superb and well equipped roof terrace. Full English TV was a great boon, as weather variable during our stay. All, in all, highly recommended!

Cooking classes, wine classes, pottery classes, diving certificates, golf courses, sailing, biking, mountain biking, etc.
A nice sandy beach is just 100m away with sailing, scuba diving and boat rental. There is a nice private beach with restaurant and good service, it is called Royal Beach.
Nice international airport is 20 minutes away by car. The apartment is in a very good location and a rental car is not needed. Antibes and Juan Les Pins train stations are 15-20 minutes walk away or 5 minutes by car.
The apartment is located on exclusive Cap d'Antibes. It is within walking distance <5 min to both Antibes and Juan Les Pins. Nice and Cannes are only 10-20 minutes by car away. Monte Carlo is 45 minutes away and St Tropez is 1.5 hour away. San Remo in Italy is 50 minutes away.
There are local restaurant, shops, supermarkets, banks, beaches, sailing clubs, pharmacy, bakery, ATM within 200m distance.
