Our host and Hostess were so welcoming. The house was perfect as was the area for a peaceful break.
Ready to return but didn't want to leave.
A perfect place to relax and unwind
The property is located in a beautiful rural setting. The cottage is as per the photos and description and has all the necessities for an enjoyable stay. Appreciated the clean pool on our hot days and this was covered overnight to retain warmth. The outside seating area had a place set up for meals and rattan chairs for relaxing. Great gas bbq which we used most nights and it was lovely to star gaze at night. Jude and Paul were perfect hosts and we spent many moments chatting about their relocation and life in France. Rosie, the very friendly ginger cat, appears at meal times and likes a lap to lie on!
The property is located close enough for Oradour-Sur-Glane and we also visited Cognac and Chauvigny. Overall, a most memorable stay and we were made to feel very welcomed.
Beautiful place, very peaceful the ideal place to relax. The owners have thought of everything. Would definitely return.
Excellent in every respect
Quality of holiday home very good indeed.

Athough the owners lived in the cottage next door they were not intrusive at all they were there if needed but gave you your own space

Jude and Paul are the hosts who are there for you .
The area is very rural and unspoilt with some very quaint bars /cafes .
Eating out , is no problem within a 10k radius you will find an eatery to suit.
The Gite has every thing you need and is very comfortable with views looking over the countryside ..
We would highly recommend this holiday Gite .
Wishing Jude and Paul all the very best for the future .
