Lodge, 7 Bedrooms+Convertible bed(s), 5.5 Baths,(Sleeps 8-20), Hot Tub, Views
Your hosts, Hap, Margaret & Sarah Henderson, enjoying one of our favorite picnic spots just a short drive from our Blue River Lodge. For over a decade we have been hosting ski groups in winter and family reunions in summer.
Sarah purchased this Lodge in 1997
Why Sarah chose Warrior's Mark
We enjoy skiing in the winter but summers in Breckenridge are even better. We had been renting vacation homes in various parts of Colorado each summer and when we had an opportunity to purchase our 7 bedroom Blue River Lodge as a rental property next door to our personal 'Trout House' retreat we jumped at the chance.
What makes this Lodge unique
Our lodge is an easy walk to Main Street or just hop on the shuttle two doors down. We are the only home in town with a private fishing pond in addition to private river frontage. Hiking and mountain bike trails are nearby and the lifts at Peak Nine are also close by.

Perfect Breck Home
My family and friends had a great time. Everyone had their own space but the living room and kitchen brought everyone together. Amy the property manager was very helpful. The house is on the shuttle which we used to get everywhere.
Warriors mark home
Great bus service to beaver run
Wonderful kitchen and great room area
Love the area by the Blue River!
We’d stayed in the general area for several years but outgrew the last house. All 10 adults and 9 kids fit fine at Warriors Mark. Lots of rooms/bathrooms and space for everyone. Close to town/shuttle/park/river/trails. We had it all. House was well equipped and everything worked as it should all week . Best week in the 10 years we have made the trip,
very nice property...loved the accessibility to town, equipped w/everything we needed for our big group, loved the big pots in pantry, 2 washers & dryers, plenty of sleeping space, comfortable pillows & beds, maybe could have used a few more towels, but not a problem...nicely furnished w/comfy couches, loved some of older furnishings in bedrooms, & you dont always find a home w/so many accessories & interesting wall decor! Thanks again to Sarah for answering any questions quickly!
Great home for our family reunion!
Our family of 18 had a wonderful time in the Breckenridge area. The house is laid out just perfectly to share meals together, play games, and still be able to talk to those sitting in the living room by the fireplace. It is very peaceful in this area. The only thing that did not quite make sense until we got there was the room with the bunkbeds and the place you could put the rollaway bed. We thought this was one big room, but it was actually a smaller room with the bunkbeds, connected to the mud room That was a good size to put the rollaway bed. It ended up working out fine, as it gave someone else a private little room. I had my 80-year-old aunt in that room since she could be on the main floor and not have to walk up the stairs. We would highly recommend staying here as a family, because there is so much to do in the area that you can walk to you or take the free shuttle to. We had fun just relaxing as well In the home and playing games.
