My husband Dave and I moved approx. 40 years ago from a small town in northern Wisconsin to Rogers, Arkansas with our three children. We have always loved the beach but now have too many roots in NW Arkansas so decided to purchase property in Panama City Beach so sometimes could enjoy the salt life.
Why Sharon Brunell chose Panama City Beach
We have been coming to PCB for several years because we love the gulf. Edgewater Beach Resort has everything so we don't even have to leave the resort area. There are so many amenities not offered by the other condo complexes in the area. And, everything is close-by.
What makes this Condo unique
Great on-site security, restaurant on-site, golf course, several pools, Gulf front.

Policies
Cancellation policy
- 100% refund of amount paid if you cancel at least 30 days before check-in.
- 50% refund of amount paid (minus the service fee) if you cancel at least 14 days before check-in.
- No refund if you cancel less than 14 days before check-in.
