What makes this House unique
Magnolia is a composed neighborhood in an urban center 4miles northwest of downtown. A lot goes on in this community: starting with the nearby Magnolia Village (just four blocks away) where you can choose from a variety of cafes, shops, and restaurants. The Farmer’s Market, the yearly Summer Fest celebrations, Discovery Park, or even a visit to Fisherman’s Terminal, home to the Deadliest Catch Fishing Boats, here you can walk around on the docks and admire the real-life fishing boats, then stop in at the market to buy the seafood caught that very day or enjoy a meal at Chinooks a casual, high-energy seafood restaurant. Feels like you are at home. Perfect for any length of stay while visiting Seattle. Ideal for couples, solo adventurer or the business traveler. Our guests love their stay here and tend to explore all of Seattle and the area as it is all so easy to access by bus, car or Uber.

Cozy, comfy, private
We found this location to be easy to access, close to shopping and restaurants, yet nice for relaxing at the end of a busy day. It has nice space, a lovely electric "fireplace" to make it cozy and all the supplies for eating in. Great access to laundry facilities and quick response from the owners to any questions. WiFi, and the outdoor seating were lovely accents to the pretty place. Parking was easy and the steps up were not difficult. Magnolia is a great neighborhood - quiet and family-oriented.
Great place. Great location. Great hosts.
This place is larger than it looks in the photos. And very clean. It even has parking. Billy and Rose were so gracious. I would definitely stay here again.
Very nice and very comfortable!
The room was very nice and Bill and Rose were even nicer!
Great location great hosts.
Perfect. Super close to Seattle. Cool little downtown Magnolia 10 minute walk from house. Downstair unit has everything, and clean and comfortable.
We're delighted you allowed us the opportunity of being your host for your very special weekend and that you found our home for your stay to be clean and comfortable !
We hope you will come visit us again. Happy Anniversary!
I had the pleasure of being Bill and Rose first tenant. As a travel nurse, I try to find my own housing and this was by far the BEST!! The apartment was very spacious, loved the fact that I had my own entrance. Located close to a supermarket and restaurants within walking distance. Bill and Rose treated me just like family, always checked in to see if I needed anything, making sure I made it home from work safely. I would highly recommend this as a great place to stay!!
Excellent! Convenient, Clean, and Great Hospitality.
We had the pleasure to stay at Bill and Rose's mother-in-law suite in August of 2016. After a long drive from Alberta, Canada, we were welcomed with treats and a clean apartment with all the amenities (bottles of water, coffee, tea, all appliances, barbecue, cable tv, travel brochures, etc.) we could ask for. The place is spacious and located in a very quiet neighbourhood just a 5 minute walk to bus stops (only 20 minutes to downtown, bus comes every half an hour).
Bill and Rose live upstairs full-time and were very easily reachable if required. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a quiet, "move-in ready" home base for Seattle adventures.
