Linen is supplied free. Beds are freshly made before arrival. Doonas; luxury linen - cotton sheets, pillow cases.
Bath towels, bath mats, hand towels, tea towels, hair dryer and toiletries are supplied.
A clothes airer, iron, ironing board, mop/bucket are housed in the laundry.

Pets are welcome free of charge, at the owner's discretion. Check on booking. Large dogs must be kept outside on the porch. A large trampoline bed and medium-sized kennel are on the porch. Pups are not allowed. The large, grassy, flat garden is fully fenced at waist height. Dogs love the freedom.

Ideal for the family holiday or for that romantic weekend away. A triple sliding glass door opens up onto the porch bringing the outdoor in.
With its 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and 2+ living areas, it comfortably sleeps 8.
The upstairs is accessed via an outside staircase.
The downstairs rooms are accessed through the carport.

The outdoor area has a Webber BBQ, a large dining table, and many chairs.
Thus, allowing you to chase the well-shaded or sunny areas of the garden.

It has a bathroom upstairs plus an ensuite downstairs. Both have a shower, vanity, and toilet.
There is also a third toilet and rain shower outside.

Bed 1 has 1Q, bed 2 has a split King/or 2 long singles, bed 3 has 1Q+1S+living area(loung+smart TV) and bed 4 has 1S+ lounge. This opens out onto the garden.

Rates for 2 people. A maximum of 8 people can stay. Extra guests rate is $30 per night.
