Private Beach Cottage with apartment on second floor. Top floor apartment has two bedrooms, one bath, Living Room and Eat-in kitchen, Master has queen bed and 2nd bedrooms have 2 twin beds. Living room has sleeper sofa. Apartment is fully furnished including washer and dryer, linens, fully stocked kitchen and appliances. This apartment features 3 tvs, free wifi and long distance calling in the U.S. Short walk to the beach. Private parking and large lot. Rental fee is for top floor apartment.

Vacation Paradise
This is our favorite place to stay on Longboat Key! Walking distance from the beach and everything is clean and well kept. The owners are great to work with and everything you need is there. Just come and enjoy!

Lovely on Longboat
Our stay was wonderful. The place is very nice with all the comforts of home. The owners are very accommodating and helpful with whatever you need. We highly recommend it, within walking distance to the beautiful beach. Loved our stay and are coming back.

Quiet and Relaxing
We enjoy the private beach and cozy condo. Its almost home away from home. The owners go out of their way to make sure we are satisfied and taken care of while we’re there and check in with me from time to time during the year. We will always return to Longboat Key!
