This property was quaint with lots of character. We enjoyed our stay here and would visit again. The location is fantastic, walking distance to the Subiaco shops. The property owners communicated with us promptly and were very helpful and welcoming, providing fresh roses on our arrival.
Just offering constructive honest feedback, I would say the mattresses could be upgraded, a little maintenance done throughout and a good through clean and this place could then be up in the 5 star rating category.

Very convenient to cafes and shops on Rokeby Rd
We loved being in Subiaco, strolling through Kings Park and Botanical Gardens and enjoying the cafes and shops. The cottage is large and accomodating. It could benefit from an update and the addition of some heating in the bathroom and bedrooms, especially as the nights grow colder. Bathroom has been updated but floor tiles are very slippery and not suitable for anyone with balance issues. Owner was responsive when we ran into trouble with doors and locks and clothes left behind.

Here you’ll find the latest designer outfit or, strolling down a backstreet, you’ll find a chic modern café or art gallery. Subiaco is simply a cosmopolitan culinary delight. Residents support a range of eateries, with Subiaco’s streets lined with tempting options for every budget and taste.
The Subiaco Farmer’s Market comes alive each Saturday morning where the vibe is reminiscent of a French street scene. Families and dogs jostle and laugh whilst live music plays in the background and the smell of crepes and coffee tantalize the senses. Get down early as specialty foods, including gluten-free bread and cakes, and additive-free preserves and produce, all sell out quickly.
There’s no shortage of green parklands, playgrounds and community facilities, helping to attract young families into the area.
The cottage is also close to several of Perth’s major hospital and health facilities including Sir Charles Gardiner Hospital, St John of God Hospital, the Children’s Hospital and King Edward Memorial Hospital.
