The three bedroom fully renovated historic shearers quarters is an ideal friends / family getaway or romantic couples escape. Ideally suited for up to three couples holidaying together or families wanting three bedrooms with the following bed configuration. Room 1, one king bed. Room 2, one queen bed. Room3, one double bed and one single bed. Historic charm with luxurious modern conveniences. Open fire, airconditioning, spa in bathroom with separate shower, icemaker fridge, dishwasher. Huge outdoor entertaining deck overlooking private campfire area. Hot tub, all weather lounge, outdoor dining. Hooded Weber BBQ with wok side burner. Free Wi-Fi, high speed internet, unlimited data.

The Quarters summertime retreat

A great stay for a few nights to get away from it all. Views from the spa are lovely. Lots of room for dogs to roam freely and enjoy nature.

One of our most favorite stays-

Hosts were wonderful- had a great farm tour with Nick- Eileen cooked us the most amazing lamb dinner- it was fantastic & delicious- the lamb was from their farm- Adam delivered the dessert & dinner to us- so fun visiting with them all!!

Peace, quiet and countryside

We had a fantastic stay at the Quarters. It’s so peaceful you can switch off and just watch the birds or relax in the spa. The location is pretty good for getting into Jindabyne, walking Mt Kosiosko or Charlottes Pass. Our hosts were wonderful and the trip round the property and hand feeding the cattle was superb. Thanks Eileen and Adam.

Stopover that should have been a destination

Jindabyne/Dalgety was a two night stopover as we drove further towards the NSW coast. HowEver staying in this character-filled cottage was a destination in itself and we wished we had planned to stay longer. We were fortunate with warm autumn weather and enjoyed the garden immensely complete with a hammock swinging in old gum tree and watched nature buzz by. Very comfortable house and great kitchen for entertaining for two or so couples. Eileen and Adam are the most generous and understanding of of hosts who know that the little comforts make a very big difference.

Superbly presented in a little piece of bush paradise

My partner & I and our little dog stayed 3 nights in this a little piece of bush paradise. just a 20 minute drive to Jindabyne, however there is no need to leave if you looking for tranquility and comfort. Extremely well equipped with everything you think you may need. Fabulous cooking facilities so no need to leave. That said, a visit to the wild brumby distillery highly recommended (dog friendly outdoors). The bush outlook from the crystal clean kitchen window or from the hot tub oh so beautiful. Privacy well respected. Eileen was very attentive with communication, even promptly assisting to rescue a young maimed Galah (bird). Highly recommended for a family, couple or 2 couples! Enjoy! We were looking for a quiet, peaceful escape for NYE with kids + grandparents in tow. And boy was this the ticket. Everything as described and in the photos. A character filled farmstay with a lot of luxury, was so grateful for the tranquillity. And the most remarkable night sky full of stars. Fabulous!

We had a lovely time at the quarters. The cottage is cosy with a fire and a terrific kitchen to cook in. The kids loved the dogs, marshmallows on the fire and the walk up the creek bed.

Perfect Escape

This place is absolutely amazing! It was a perfect getaway for a mini honeymoon after our wedding was postponed due to Covid 19! From the spa to the indoor and outdoor fireplaces to the amazing country kitchen- it was everything you could need on a little escape! Hosts were lovely, dogs were friendly and it was overall very peaceful and inviting! Thanks, we look forward to staying again in the future!

Great property except a bit difficult with 2 dogs and no secure feexcencing.

Lovely environment, peaceful, quiet. A few more kitchen perks would be nice. Owners dogs a bit awkward with 2 dogs of our own. Only negative was having to keep 1 of my woofas on a lead to stop him exploring too far away (no real fence at all). Jacuzzi and the decking area were excellent.

Absolute Perfection

The Quarters is just divine. We all had a great time and loved having an outdoor and indoor spa, big fireplace and so many other things that make it so special and comfy. Couldn't recommend more highly. Definitely like no where else I've ever stayed. Everything is quality down the minute detail. Total relaxation the moment you enter. Thank you so much for having us and our two dogs. They loved chasing each other around the property. A stunning location!
